Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F 3 core , stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed , 1100 Volts grade for making connections from junction box to street light fittings including PVC conduit of size 20mm dia including necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing or laying 80 mm nominal bore mild steel galvanised tubing, light grade with all fittings like bends, elbows, Tee, reducers, sockets, unions etc laid in trenches/ fixed to walls / poles / laid in floors for protection of GI earth strip/ under ground cable complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Excavation, RF&R, removal of surplus soil and mild steel clamps with nuts and bolts shall be measured separately)

Supply and fixing or laying 50 mm nominal bore mild steel galvanised tubing, light grade with all fittings like bends, elbows, Tee, reducers, sockets, unions etc laid in trenches/ fixed to walls / poles / laid in floors for protection of GI earth strip/ under ground cable complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Excavation, RF&R, removal of surplus soil and mild steel clamps with nuts and bolts shall be measured separately)

Supply and fixing or laying 40 mm nominal bore mild steel galvanised tubing, light grade with all fittings like bends, elbows, Tee, reducers, sockets, unions etc laid in trenches/ fixed to walls / poles / laid in floors for protection of GI earth strip/ under ground cable complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Excavation, RF&R, removal of surplus soil and mild steel clamps with nuts and bolts shall be measured separately)

M&L fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, unwashed and screened dry ) for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . (Note:Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any dahage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32x6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/c and 6mm dia bars in lifting handles amd MS angle frame of angle iron 40x40x5 mm thick, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate number 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
