Cutting of grass by tractor with jungle jeem (mechnical slasher) where ever required including removing material obtained from cutting / cleaning up to 250 m from adjoining edge of runway/taxi-track etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Contractor will arrange his own set of tractor with jungle jeem with POL (Fuel etc) and MT driver. (ii) In first three months the contractor will deploy 03 Nos tractor with jungle jeem simultanously per day and there after 02 Nos tractor with jungle jeem will be continued as directed . Employment of above shall be subject to operational neccesity projected by user from time to time and decisision of Accepting Officer shall be conclusive/final & binding.

Notes Continued:- (iii) Each tractor with jungle jeem will be in operation from 09.00 AM to 5.00 PM including lunch break of 0.50 Hours at mid day. (iv) The Motor/Tractor will be run/operated by person having veh licence for heavy vehicle from the state transport authority.

Cutting of grass by manuaaly operated bush cutter machine of areas around various sign boards, Installation, post, DTGM where mechanical means can not be deployed including cleaning away all grass vegetations, sampling shrubs, brushes weeds and roots of trees etc and removing rubbish at low lying area exceeding 200 m complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing construction/dummy joints of size 10 mm to 20 mm wide and 30 mm depth (average) consisting of following activities : (i) Raking out old decayed/damaged existing sealing compound with backup rod of any description and cleaning the joints thoroughly by removing dust, dirt foreign material by appropriate electric cutter and air blower. Note:- After cleaning the joints thoroughly , it shall got approved by GE before progressing to next stage. (ii) Removing the existing sealing compound completely from the edges, bottom and sides of the joints by cutting edges, bottom and sides of the joints 1 mm of the existing construction joints ( upto full depth of existing joints) by mechanical tool (diamond cutter) to make the cross section of joint truly rectangular Note: Cleaning the edges/sides/bottom of joints by using diamond cutter only and once again cleaning the joints with compressed air clean surfaces shall got approved by GE. Primer and joint filling done in presence of Engr-in-Charge after approval of the cleaning process by the GE. (iii) Applying 2 coats of primer and providing closed cell polythene backup rod of 10 mm dia with 2 mm thick debonding tape and sealed with and using cold applied single component polyurethane sealant (Top 12mm leaving 2-3 mm recess) conforming to requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test and applying masking tape on edge at joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF minimum ±30% and manufacturer's warranty for 10 (ten) years complete all as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified. (iv) The quoted unit rate deemed to be included supplying ang fixing of back up rod / slab of appropiate diameter / thickness as per site requirement. (v) Electric supply shall be arranged by the contractor at its own arrangements.

Ditto all as per Item No 3.00 here-in-before but for expansion joints of size exceeding 20 mm but not exceedig 50 mm having depth 35 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm thick pre formed compressible filler board (HD-100) of required depth complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for filling of pot holes of dia not exc 50 mm and depth not exc 30 in concrete pavement surface by cleaning the pot holes by mean of compressed air and applying one coat of primer and filling the pot holes by means of epoxy mortar as per manufacturer instructions. complete all as specified and directed.

Applicable for all items:- Note 1 : All safety precautions will be as per government policies in vogue shall be adhered by contractor. Note 2: All T&P, mask sanitiser, safety equipments and other items required at site under subject contract shall be provided by Contractor. Note 3 : ( for relevent Items ) : Cleaning of area line where mechanical mean is not feasible due to site constraints same shall be assessed by Eng-in-charge and done under other related item given here-in-before with approval of GE in writting after taking all safety precations
