A1. Improvement works in FHMC Administrative Site Office Building. 1. Dismantling the existing damaged Brickwork parapet wall in CM at second floor terrace and wherever required and stacking the same within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete.
2. Dismantling the damaged RCC precast/In-situ cover slab concrete on Over Head Tank at second floor level of the building including stacking steel and debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete.
3. Dismantling and removing the existing damaged doors/ Ventilators of area not exceeding 3 Sq.m. including frame with shutters without damaging the structures nearby, transporting and handing over the same to 11KV Sub-Station all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete. (a) Damaged wooden Ventilator

4. Removing the existing wooden door shutters, rectification of the defects/ bulging in shutter/main frame and re-fixing the shutters in position at Door Main frame all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.
5. Removing of existing damaged wooden window shutters (4 leaves in each window), total 38 windows and handing over the same to 11KV Sub-Station all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.
6. Providing and fixing good quality PVC Multi panel door (Reputed Brand) of approved section to suit the openings of doors with main frame, shutter frame and panels mitered at corners and fixing the door main frame on the masonry wall surfaces at Toilets and Bath Rooms with 100mm long screws, all as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed at site, including all materials, labour, scaffolding, transport, fuel, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note: Necessary fixtures like butt hinges, tower bolts, etc., will be paid under relevant item of this schedule.
7. Providing and fixing wooden Flush door 32mm thick (shutter single leave water proof) in door main frame of Head room as directed at site of work including all labour, all materials, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete. Note: The required Butt Hinges, Aldrop bolt, Tower bolts, Draw bolts and 'D' type handle with labour charges will be provided under relevant item.
8. Providing and fixing Colour anodized aluminium sections for sliding Window main frames of size 61.98 x 29.7 x 1.6 mm at 0.875 kg/m or nearest size as available in the market with extruded built up standard tubular or other sections of approved make (INDAL/JINDAL or equivalent) as available in the market, of any approved colour and shade and finish, match with existing, according to IS 1868 (minimum anodized coating of Grade AC 15) with necessary accessories like cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., including drilling holes in the concrete / brick masonry etc., wherever required, all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: (i) Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required. (ii) In case the specified aluminium section is not available in the market, the nearest section may be used after the approval of the Nodal officer. iii). The rate shall be inclusive of items like necessary anodized aluminium cleat angles, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, wooden plugs used for fixing frames etc. Complete.
9. Providing and fixing of colour anodized aluminium sections for Shutter frames of sliding window (Size Lock shutter frame 39 x 28.94 x 1.50 mm at 0.632 Kg/m, Top & Bottom shutter frame 41 x 20 x 1.20 mm at 0.46 Kg/m and End shutter frame 39 x 28.94 x 1.50 mm at 0.632 Kg/m) with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make (INDAL /JINDAL or equivalent) with anodization quoting of Grade AC 15), conforming to IS1868 including supplying and fixing necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), C.P. brass screws, handles, locking and sliding arrangements (PVC wheels) etc, wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete..
10. Supplying and fixing in position 5mm nominal thick plain glass(Saint Gobain or Modiguard) for window shutters and fixing with necessary accessories like rubber beading, screws etc., all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete. NOTE: 1. The actual area of glass used alone will be measured for payment purpose. 2. The rate shall include the cost of rubber beading, etc.,
11. Providing and fixing the Anodized Aluminium fittings to doors, windows and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, screws, Bolt nuts, equipments, etc., complete. (a) Butt Hinges 150mm long with necessary screws for Single & Double leave doors.
(b) Butt Hinges 100mm long with necessary screws for PVC doors.
(c) Anodised aluminium Aldrop bolt 250 x 15mm.
(d) Anodised aluminium tower bolts 250 x 10mm size.
(e) Anodised aluminium Draw bolts 150 x 10mm size.
(f) 'D' type handle 100mm long with powdered coated.
12. Supplying and fixing in position of M.S. Grills for Ventilator (Size 1.00 x 0.60m) or suitable to site condition with one coat of primer as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, transport, scaffolding, etc., complete. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of cost of steel, welding rods, fabrication charges, one coat red oxide primer, fixing charges etc.
13. Supplying and fixing colour anodized aluminium hollow sections of size 101.6 x 44.45 x 2.30mm @ 1.757 kg/m with side clips for ventilators (Loovered) of approved make INDAL / JINDAL or equivalent colour anodized of approved colour, shade and finish, match with existing and according to IS 1868 (minimum anodized coating of Grade AC 15) including supplying and fixing necessary accessories like fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs and metal screws etc., including drilling holes in the concrete / brick masonry etc., wherever required all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. 16. Supplying and fixing Mortice lock (Reputed Brand) with lever handle for single leaf door with necessary accessories and screws as directed at site of work and all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc. complete.
17. Chipping and removing the existing damaged cement mortar plastering in walls and wherever required and cleaning the surface for new plastering work without damaging the nearby structures, including collecting and bringing down the debris to the ground level and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed and as per site condition of work including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc, complete.
18. Dismantling and removing the old damaged PVC/CI/GI rain water pipe lines from roof to ground level and wherever required without damaging the nearby structures, transporting and handing over the serviceable materials to 11KV Sub Station Stores and stacking the debris if any within a lead of 50m for re-transportation and disposal all as per relevant specification and as directed including all labour, scaffolding, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.
19. Providing Half Brick work using bricks class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse M sand / C.S. sand) for Parapet wall construction at 2nd floor terrace of the building and wherever required as directed at site, including scaffolding, all labour, cement and other materials, tools, equipments, curing, etc., complete.
20. Providing Brick Pillar in C.M. 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse M sand / C.S. sand) using bricks class designation 50 for Parapet wall construction at 2nd floor terrace of the building and wherever required, etc., as directed at site, including curing, all materials, labour, cement, scaffolding, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.
21. Preparing the dismantled/chipped surface of walls and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3, (1 cement: 3 clean fine M sand / C.S. sand) 20mm thick to the required finish as directed at site including curing, all labour, cement and other materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.
22. Preparing the surface of Parapet walls and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, (1 cement: 4 clean fine M sand / C.S. sand) 12mm thick to the required finish as directed at site including curing, all labour, cement and other materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.
23. Providing and fixing of rigid unplasticised PVC pipes of 110mm outer dia (Finolex or Trubore or Varun or Supreme) 4kgf/sq.cm. for Rain water down take lines from Roof to Ground floor and wherever required including necessary specials like bends, tees, elbows, shoes etc. and joining the pipes using necessary adhesives and sealants to ensure leak free joints, and fixing with PVC clamps and making connections to floor traps/ gully traps/manholes/existing drain etc., and making good the disturbed portions all as per relevant specification and all as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, Safety nets etc., complete.
24. Supplying and fixing PVC Pipe line (ASTM schedule 40) 25mm dia (Trubore or Finolex or equivalent approved make) such as tees, bends, couplings, elbows, reducers, unions, etc., for water supply along the wall, floor for Internal work Exposed water supply lines to alignment and levels as directed in the walls, cutting, threading the pipes wherever necessary, joining the pipes with specials using necessary adhesives etc., and making good the disturbed portions all as specified and as directed, fixing the pipes on walls with PVC special clamps first quality including all materials, labours, tools, equipments, etc., complete.
25. Supplying and fixing PVC Pipe line (ASTM schedule 40) 20mm dia (Trubore or Finolex or equivalent approved make) such as tees, bends, couplings, elbows, reducers, unions, etc., for water supply along the wall, floor for Internal work Exposed water supply lines to alignment and levels as directed in the walls, cutting, threading the pipes wherever necessary, joining the pipes with specials using necessary adhesives etc., and making good the disturbed portions all as specified and as directed, fixing the pipes on walls with PVC special clamps first quality including all materials, labours, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

29. Providing and fixing vitreous Flat Back Urinal basin (white) of (Parry ware or Hindware or equivalent) with PVC telescopic Flush pipe with clamp, suitable for fixing the urinal including with teak wood plugs with screws and making good the disturbed portions, etc., all as directed at site of work including cost of all materials cement, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.
30. Providing and fixing Bevelled Edge Face Mirror (Saint Gobain or equivalent) 610mm x 450mm with ply wood back of approved quality as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.
31. Supplying and fixing Metro brand or equivalent C.P. Brass Pillar Cock 15mm dia fitting in Bath room and Toilet Wash Basins in sound working condition including testing etc., all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, screws, plugs, tools, equipments, etc. complete.

35. Providing, casting and placing RCC precast cover slab of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse M. sand/C.S. sand : 3 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm graded down to 12mm size), 75mm thick slab for covering the Over Head Tank top surface as per site condition and as directed at site including necessary form work, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete with neat cement punning to give an smooth and even surfaces, curing, stacking, all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, transport, etc., complete. Note: Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
36. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT / Ribbed Tor steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2. The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.
37. Preparing the surface of walls and applying one coat of white cement paint for new plaster surface by brushing, scrapping and removing the dust particles from the walls and as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete.
38. Preparing the surface of walls and ceiling and applying two coats of Colour wash (For Walls) and White Wash (For Ceiling) with exterior Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion paint (Asian or equivalent) over one coat of exterior ACE primer on old / new walls by brushing, scrapping and removing the dust particles from the walls and as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete.
39. Preparing the surface of wooden members and painting with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality and shade including scrapping wherever required all as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete. Note: 1. Necessary painting co – efficient shall be allowed as per ChPT Engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co – efficient.
40. Preparing the surface of steel members and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality and shade including scrapping wherever required all as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete. Note: 1. Necessary painting co – efficient shall be allowed as per ChPT Engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co – efficient.
41. Preparing the surface of wooden members and varnishing 2 coats (Sheenlac or equivalent) over 1 coat of flatting varnish of approved quality including scrapping wherever required all as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete. Note: 1. Necessary co – efficient shall be allowed as per ChPT Engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co – efficient.
42. Dismantling and removing the damaged weathering tiles and weathering course concrete at slope portion adjacent to parapet wall at second floor terrace and wherever required including stacking the dismantled materials within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete. (a) Dismantling and removing of Weathering tiles - For thickness of tile (including CM) above 25mm and upto 40mm.
(b) Dismantling weathering course lime concrete and disposing debris up to 50m lead.
43. Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse M. sand/C.S. sand : 3 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm graded down to 12mm size) with Water proofing compound “DR. Fixit Water Proofing Expert 101LW+” or equivalent in existing dismantled and removed weathering coarse area at second floor terrace and plastering the surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 clean fine M sand / C.S. sand) 12mm thick as directed at site including necessary shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, finishing to give an smooth and even surfaces, curing, all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, transport, etc., complete.
A2. Reconstruction of compound wall 1. Cutting and removing the existing old M.S. Gate area exceeding 3Sq.m. directed at site, without damaging the structures nearby, transporting and handing over the same to 11KV Sub-Station all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc., complete.
2. Dismantling the existing damaged/old compound wall Brickwork in CM and wherever required and stacking the same within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete.
3. Dismantling and removing the existing damaged/old Reinforced Cement Concrete without damaging the structures nearby and stacking the same within a lead of 50m for disposal including cutting the corroded reinforcements and handing over the same to 11KV Sub-Station all as specified and as directed at site, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete.
4. Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil, sand, clay, mixed with roots, boulders, weighing individually less than 250 kg. debris, rubbish etc., upto 1.50m depth as existing at site of work for all foundations and wherever required all as directed at site, including dressing of sides, all as per relevant specification and as directed, depositing the excavated earth within a lead of 50m for transportation / refilling including shoring, strutting, labour, tools tackles, equipments, fuel, etc., complete.
5. Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 in volumetric proportions (1 Cement: 4 clean coarse river sand: 8 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) for levelling course in foundations and wherever required all as per relevant specification and as directed including mixing, transporting, placing, ramming, consolidating, shuttering, curing etc., including all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools, plants, equipments, fuel, etc. complete.
6. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT / Ribbed Tor steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2. The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse M. sand/C.S. sand: 3 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm graded down to 12mm size) for Footing/ Foundation work as per site condition and as directed at site including necessary form work, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, finishing, curing, all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, transport, etc., complete. Note: Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

12. Providing Brick work in C.M. 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Coarse M sand / C.S. sand) using bricks class designation 50 over the Plinth Beam and wherever required, etc., as directed at site, including curing, all materials, labour, cement, scaffolding, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.
13. Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse M. sand/C.S. sand: 3 Hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm graded down to 12mm size) for Compound wall Tie Beam over the Half Brick work as per site condition and as directed at site including necessary form work, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, finishing, curing, all labour, cement, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, transport, etc., complete. 15. Supplying, fabricating and fixing the M.S. Grill Gates with aldrops, tower bolts, handles, pintles, gate fixing arrangements in column/ Pillars, etc., including proving pockets in column/ Pillars (size 0.20 x 0.20 x 0.30m) and grouting with PCC 1:1.5:3 concrete as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, scaffolding, etc., complete. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of cost of steel, welding rods, fabrication charges, one coat red oxide primer, pocket making, fixing gate pintles, shuttering, concrete grouting, greasing to gates, etc.
16. Preparing the surface of compound wall and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:5, (1 cement: 5 clean fine M sand / C.S. sand) 12mm thick to the required finish as directed at site including curing, all labour, cement and other materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding, etc., complete.
17. Preparing the surface of walls and applying two coats of colour wash with exterior Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion paint (Asian or equivalent) over one coat of exterior ACE primer on new/old walls by brushing, scrapping and removing the dust particles from the walls and as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete.
18. Preparing the surface of steel members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or equivalent) of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer of approved quality and shade including scrapping wherever required all as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, brushes, etc., complete. Note: 1. Necessary painting co – efficient shall be allowed as per ChPT Engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co – efficient.
19. Loading, transporting, dumping and levelling the Debris, etc., in the low lying areas within in a lead of 1 Km as directed at site, including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1. The contractor shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in FHMC’s approval format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. No deduction of voids for debris will be made.
