AR MO Rural Road at Swaraj Dweep under CD-I APWD, Port Blair during 2024 2025 SW Deploying of Machineries on Hire basis for 12 Twelve months for attending repair and maintenance work of Rural road water Supply at Swaraj Dweep for the year 2024

Deploying of machineries in good condition on hire basis as and when required basis for 12(twelve) months including the cost of POL (diesel, lubricating oil) and the wages of Driver, Machine operator, Helper, Cleaner etc.

Nature of Emergency work for deploying of machineries

1. To attend the repair and maintenance of rural road such as Pot hole repairs, depression ,undulations and filling of earth at road side edges wherever required.

2. Clearing and removal of slided earth/ runoff earth/ clayey mud (loading /unloading ) caused due to heavy rains, cyclone viz by Natural calamities wherever required.

3. Clearing and removal of Up-rooted trees, fallen trees i/c branches on road side due to cyclone viz Natural calamities wherever required.

4. De-siliting /clearing of mud, vegetation from existing road side drains.

5. To construct the katcha drain along with the road sides for clearing the runoff water causing waterlogs on vehicular road due the heavy rains.

6. To carry the tools such as Pipe wrench ,chain wrench, G.I. Pipes and fittings for attending the day to day and emergency repair work of water supply main and distribution lines.

7. Cutting and Levelling of hump/Earth in over areas on Berms side of State Higway and Rural Road and dumping the same in low lying areas of road side etc. all complete wherever required.

8. To attend the unforeseen emergency work caused due to heavy rains , Floods, Road blockage, traffic Jams viz natural calamities
