M&L for Cleaning, servicing and testing complete 33/11 KV switch yard, various equipment, over head line complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) line isolator, 33 KV (Horizontal type) :- Servicing of line isolator (Horizontal break outdoor type) including cleaning of contact (knife) by CTC liquid proper oiling greasing on contacts & moving rod / handle for proper function of moveable rod for smooth ON / OFF position and checking the incoming and outgoing connection (terminal lugs to be replaced if required) and testing with following (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase & phase to earth shall be carried out .

(b) HT Potential Transformer (33 KV / 110 Volt) :- Cleaning of bushing and terminal of HT potential transformer 33000 / 110 volts (outdoor type) by CTC liquid and checking of oil level and oil dielectric strength (BD test) and proper connection checking and testing with following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase& phase to earth (ii) Output voltage checking

(c) HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 33 KV: Cleaning & servicing of HT 33 KV vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) 400 Amp, 3 phase, 13.1 KA outdoor type, checking of each moving parts, spring, charging system, closing & trip coil assembly and proper oiling, greasing and proper adjustment of trip bars, closing bar complete with the following testing :- (i) ON/OFF testing in local and remote position. (ii )Spring charge system testing shall be carried out. (iii) Tripping test in over and earth fault position by external current injecting Kit on Primary Secondary side. (iv) Meggar testing between phase to phase and phase to earth in ON / OFF position both.

(d) HT 33 KV Current Transformer (CT): Cleaning of bushing and terminal by CTC solution of CT rating 100 / 5 + 5 + 1 Amp rating, 33 KV and checking of oil level and oil strength (BD voltage test) and proper connection checking and testing with following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase& phase to earth

(f) Transformer 33 / 11 KV, 5 MVA :- Cleaning of power transformer 33 /11 KV, 5 MVA, outdoor type externally including all accessories (such as conservator tank, marshaling box, bushings, bucholz relay Radiator, bushings oil level indicator) complete and checking the incoming and outgoing terminal connection complete with the following testing :- (i) Transformer oil dielectric strength (BD voltage) test. (ii) Buccholz relay Alarm & trip testing. (iii) Oil temperature Alarm & trip testing. (iv) Winding temperature Alarm & trip testing. (v) Meggar testing between HV to earth. (vi) Meggar testing between LV to earth. (vii) Meggar testing between HV to LV . (viii) Earth resistance test of transformer neutral. (ix) Earth resistance test for body earthing. (x) Replacement the all packing in marshalling box (if required)

(g) Transformer 33/ 0.433 KV, 25 KVA (Station Transformer) :- Cleaning of station transformer (outdoor type) externally including all accessories and checking of all incoming & outgoing connection with the following testing :- (i) Transformer oil dielectric strength (BD) test. (ii) Meggar testing between HV to earth. (iii) Meggar testing between LV to earth. (iv) Meggar testing between HV to LV . (v) Earth resistance test of transformer neutral. (vi) Earth resistance test for body earthing.

(h) D.O. Fuse: Cleaning of HT insulators & checking the incoming & outgoing joint connection and testing with the following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase& phase to earth.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of 25 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 ½ core cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation, earthwork, removing brick protection and relaying the same, and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals of LT/HT cable to pole / main switch etc complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable tap changer switch and S&F new tap changer switch for 5 MVA power transformers complete all as specified and directed.
