PROVISON OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION, HOT WATER AND VALVE OPENING AND CERTAIN MAINT WORKS AT INS SHIVAJI

Providing services for operation of electric driven pump sets including its periodical maintenance in three shift per day with one operator (FGM)per shift for 08 hrs from 0600 to 1400, 1400 hrs 2200 hrs and 2200hrs to 0600 hrs for the following type / capacity of pump sets all as specified & all as per details given in particular specifications :- (a) Raw Water Pump House. (i) Centrifugal Pump 30 HP capacity (No of Pump set - 03 No's) Make - Beacon (ii) Centrifugal Pump 25 HP capacity (No of Pump set - 01 No). Make - Kirloskar. (b) MID Pump house (i) Non clog centrifugal pump set of BEST & 20 HP crompton engineering pump. (No of Pump Set - 02 Sets) (ii) Non clog centrifugal pump 7.5 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar (No of Pump - 01 Set). (c) Leakage water pump set (i) Submersibble pump set 10 HP cap Make: Kirloskar (No of Pump - 04 No's) including 2 x 20 HP pump sets at old dam pump house as required including cleaning of the pumps/motors, pump room electrical panel etc, opening and closing sluice valves as reqd, starting the pump set and filling raw water in the UG sump of new dam or static tank of main fire station as directed by including maintaining standard log sheet complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) Rates quoted shalll be deemed t include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA. (ii)New material/stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of sch 'A' . (iii)Contractor shall provide the all type of T& P,ladder and safety items for attending and rectification of the complaints.

Providing services for operation and maint of main Filteration plant near clear water pump house along with electrical panel board (starters) and chlorination plant including their periodical maintenance, repairs, adding chemicals by employing three shift per day with one operator (FGM) per shift for 08 hrs from 0600 to 1400, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs complete all as specified and as directed consisting of the following:- sand filter, NRVs, sluice valves etc and compressor unit complete. (a) Chlorination plant, cylinder mounted type, Vaccum operated complete with injection assembly, booster monoblock pump set including mixing chamber control valves, 3 No's & 1 No chlorine gas cylinder 100 Kg capacity complete. (b) Air compressor, LT panel board suitable for 3 phase, 415 volt supply, wall mounted with 200 Amps MCCB incoming and MCBS in outgoing or 97.5 CFM pressure 0.35 Kg per cum driven by 5 HP induction electric motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including DOL starter 1 No Rotary type (c) Electrical control panel board with starter, switches, MCB. (d) Alum dosing tank of FRP material, 8 gallons capacity with manual mixing arrangement inlet & outlet connection 1 No including servicing complete for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. (e) Regular washout filtration, proper cleaning and refill it for further use.

Providing services for operation and maint of filteration plant at NSB pump house along with electrical panel board (starters) and chlorination plant including their periodical maintenance, repairs, adding chemicals by employing one shift per day with one operator (FGM) per shift for 08 hrs from 0600 hrs to 1000 hrs, 1700 hrs to 2100 hrs complete all as specified and as directed consisting of the following:- presssure filter, NRVs, sluice valves etc and compressor unit complete. (a) Chlorination plant, cylinder mounted type, Vaccum operated complete with injection assembly, booster monoblock pump set including mixing chamber control valves, 3 No's & 1 No chlorine gas cylinder 100 Kg capacity complete. (b) Air compressor, LT panel board suitable for 3 phase, 415 volt supply, wall mounted with 200 Amps MCCB incoming and MCBS in outgoingor 97.5 CFM pressure 0.35 Kg per cum driven by 5 HP induction electric motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz including DOL starter 1 No Rotary type Make - Candy. (c) Electrical control panel board with starter, switches, MCB. (d) Alum dosing tank of FRP material, 8 gallons capacity with manual mixing arrangement inlet & outlet connection 1 No including servicing complete for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge. Providing services for operation of Valve Opening (Water Distribution) in the Rajendra Nagar Area also its periodical maintenance including cleaning and repairing of all leakages for Valves all as directed with one operator (Valveman) per Shift for Two Shifts (First Shift from 0500 hrs to 1300 hrs, Second Shift 1700 hrs to 0100 hrs) for following type/capacity of OHT & Valves all as specified and as per detail given in particulars in specifications. (a) Rajendra Nagar OHTscada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm) (b) Victualing OHT scada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm)s (c) Fire OHT scada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm) (d) Kasturi scada valve panel and manual valves - 04 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200 mm) (e) Barrack Area scada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm) (f) I No (Near DAG Wing) direct supply valve - 150 mm - 1 Nos (g) Wash Out Valve - 150 mm - 1 Nos (h) Krishna Block (Near SMW) direct supply valve - 100 mm - 1 Nos Rajendra Nagar Sump cum Pump House. valve opening for dukes nose watch tower from sump cum pump house with submersible Pump sets - 02 No's-32 mtr head 9.5 lps,with suitable induction motor 2900 rpm,5 HP ,3 ph.

Providing services for operation of Valve Opening (Water Distribution) in the Pratap nagar Area also its periodical maintenance including cleaning and repairing of all leakages for Valves all as directed by appointing one operators (Valvemen) for operating the valves four hours in the morning (04 AM to 08 AM) and same operators for four hours in the evening (04 PM to 08 PM) for following locations type/capacity of OHT & Valves all as specified and as per detail given in perticulars in specifications . (a) Boson store/ barrack area bypass supply line valves size 150mm dia sluice valve (b) SMQ area supply line valves and OHT valves size 150/200 mm dia sluice valve. (c) Kasturi area supply line vales and OHT valves size 200 mm dia sluice valve. (d) Pratap nagar supply lines valves and OHT valves size 150/200 dia sluice valve.

Providing services for operation including periodical maintenance of central hot water plant in single sailors living accomodation at locations Indrayani,Betwa/Gomti,Ganga,Brahmaputra Hot Water Plants by appointing two operators (one operator at two locations) (FGM) for operating the plant four hours in the morning (04 AM to 08 AM) and same operators for four hours in the evening (04 PM to 08 PM) by first opening the incoming water, then firing the boiler, with the help of pump, pumping the hot water received in the calerifiero to each bath room :- Note :- Diesel shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for use as and when required. Note:(i) Rates quoted shalll be deemed t include the cost of minor spares not catered for in the subject CA. (ii)New material/stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of sch 'A' . (iii)Contractor shall provide the all type of T& P,ladder and safety items for attending and rectification of the complaints. Note for Item no 1 to 6 1. Contractor should provide safety shoes,one pair of uniform,helmet,safety glasses &safety gloves ,travelling charges etc for each working operator 2. Contractor should provide torch light,grass cutting blade,01 No .axe,first aid box etc for each plant. 3. The Employed labours are wholely responsible for area cleaning i.e grass removing, complete cleaining of plant rooms and other task given by JE/Engr In Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on steel surfaces of 100 Kg chlorine gas cylinder and applying two coats of yellow synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement unserviceable plug with new dead end plug of mild steel suitable for 100 Kg chlorine gas cylinder complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement unserviceable cylinder cap with new cylinder cap of mild steel suitable for 100 Kg chlorine gas cylinder complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement unserviceable chlorine filter with new chlorine filter suitable for chlorine plant of capacity 200 to 400 gm/hr complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.
