Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiseling or wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation with in all leads, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10(one cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government. a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work inretaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections/hollow sections etc. framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.in trusses, framed work , trussed purlins etc. as required as per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Chargeas per HP.PWD., Specifications includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying Second class Half brick masonry in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level. In Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

15 (Fifteen) millimeters thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 (Eighty) millimeters in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(One cement: Six sand)as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all iincidential charges. Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surface New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc.with in all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine or its substantilay equivalent make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per HP.
