Structural Shed works under CSR

Excavation: Earth work in excavation in all types of soils (except hard rock requiring & blasting) upto 1.5m depth including mud, murram including bailing out of water etc., including all leads & lifts. Refilling the earth as required including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated earth after completion of the job, as directed by EIC/ site engineer.

PCC: Providing and laying cement concrete (PCC) in foundation, plinth, floors or other places including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, shuttering, etc, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of labour, materials, equipment, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of EIC/ Site Engineer 1:2:4 {1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4:Graded Stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size}

RCC: Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 { Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size} with OPC 43 grade of cement at all heights and & depths including the cost of centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, form work, curing, etc.,complete in all respects excluding cost of steel reinforcement, as directed by EIC/ site engineer In foundations plinth, flooring, beams, columns, pedestals, walls, etc

STEEL: Providing, straightening, removal of loose rust if any, cutting, bending, laying, binding with 18 gauge G.I. wire at each intersection & fixing in position ISI mark TMT bars confirming to IS:1786 of grade Fe -415 for RCC work at any height and depth,all leads andlifts complete in all respects and directions of Site Engineer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing all types of MS structural steel works/ MS Pipe tubular sections welded or bolted type using MS Channels, angles, plates, round bars, etc., confirming to IS specification including one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel painting complete in all respects including cutting to required size, welding of joints, fixing of anchor plates, nuts, washers,sleeves, etc., inclusive of cost of all labour, materials and as directed by EIC/ Site Engr

Supplying, erecting and fixing in position Trapezoidal profile sheeting 730-1020 cover width 28-32 mm crests depth at 186-250 c/c (Above 200 c/c crest distance there will be minimum 2 ribs at the centre for stiffning) sheets in roofs, gables and walls, rolled from feed material using 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) Hi-Tensile steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength coated with hot dip metallic zinc - aluminium coating zincalume AZ-150 or equivalent (as per AS 1397) as 150 gms/sq.mt total, with super polyster colour bond XRW quality paint coat as AS/NZS-2728 (category 3) of approved colour. The steel sheet shall be fastned using class 3 (as per AS3566) of size as per design, galavanized hex self drilling fastners of approved make (Buildex or equivalent) and quality including EPDM/Neoprene washer on each crest of sheets for connecting with purlins all complete. Note: The area of sheet coverings shall be measured on the flat surface i.e., without alowance for laps and ribs.
