Improvement/upg of Lane No. 4 New Colony Naseembagh bwo p/l 75 mm WMM, 50mm BM, 50mm dense BM

Taking out of GEOTAGGED photographs of size 150mm x 100mm at site before execution of work, during execution and after completion of work including submitting the same to the engineer incharge.

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and inequalities, not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of the rubbish beyond SMC limits in all kinds of soils including all its leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs & carriages etc., complete.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1KM by mechanical means.

Providing, Laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including mixing the material with water at OMC mechanical mixer plant carriage of mixed material by Tipper at site with all leads and lifts laying in uniform layers in sub base/ base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification of clause 406.(75mm thick compacted).

On WBM surface using tar @0.75kg/sqm.

On BT surface using tar @0.5 kg/sqm.

Providing/ laying 50mm thick compacted bituminousmacadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as per specified in most specification and straight run bitumen of VG 10 @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggrt. and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade. rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (including cost & carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete).

Providing and laying of 4cm thick bituminous concrete surfacing course using mineral aggreagate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with bitumen of VG-10 grade @5.5% (by weight of total mix) and lime filler finisher including rolling with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (machine mix laid manually) (including cost & carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete).
