Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows, clerestory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) -Vengai wood

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement /casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame , sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket , stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges , zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall ,plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion(if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) -Casement window double panels with top fixed with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x1.9 mm) made of (small series) frame 47 x50 mm, sash 47 x 68 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm all having wall thickness of 1.9 + or -0.2mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension . Providing and fixing plywood 4mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws , including priming coat on unexposed surface with - Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours , shades of size 300 x 450 mm as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x450 mm

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622, of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria ) in all colours, shades, except white , ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 ×600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson/Asian ) in all colours and shades . laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600X 600 mm

Deduct for not using 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles

Fixing glazed /ceramic / Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 3 mm thickness • ( Using 5 kg adhesive per sqm of tile area)

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3mm width,using epoxy grout mix of 0.70kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete - size of tile 600×600 mm

Deduct for not grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment in the items of fixing of vitrified tiles

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid door /window / Ceosetory windows and Other frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frames density of 750 kg / cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58N/sq.mm, modulus of elasticity 900 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position of with M.S hold fast/lugs /SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fastners shall be paid for separately) Note: For WPC solid door / window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i,e, depth and width of profile shall be acceptable, Variation in profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payments on this account shall be made, - Frame size 50 x 125 mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain ' flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sq.mm , modulus of elasticity 850 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being temite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S. screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S.screws shall be paid separately) -30mm thick

Repairing the aluminum windows by removing the struck up aluminum glazed shutters from the outer frame and replacing the worn out rubber beadings and wheel set for the free movement including fixing the shutter frames properly with rubber beading and glass panels and cleaning the outer frame etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Repair works to the existing doors and windows by chase cutting, planning the wooden doors and windows etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick prelaminated bison board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board confirming to IS 12823 grade-I type-II in panelling fixed in aluminum door, window shutters and partition frames with CP brass / stainless steel screws etc complete as per architectural drawings. Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering the wall surfaces with cement Mortar of Mix 1:4 (one part of cement :4 fine (sand )mixed with rubber latex Polymer classic acryfix SBR a primadon product or its equivalent at the rate of 1 Kg for 1 bag of cement including applying a primer coat with acrylic polymer classic Acryfic SB a primer product or its equivalent at 0.2kg per sqm of treatment area including all lead and lift etc. complete as per the specification of M/S. Primadon construction products Pvt, Ltd. and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing window Roller Blinds blackout fabric reverse & front side pigment colour coated size 4.50×5.50m made up Roller Blinds. The rate includes the cost of materials including fixing charges at site etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sun control film of approved brand and quality The rate to include the cost of adhesive compound, labour for fixing and transportation etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cutting and fixing to required shape and design 19mm thick plywood (BWR) for cupboard & shutters/table top / bottom/sides/ furniture /partition and the like. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, all taxes, wastages, screws, nails, fevicol, SH, special labour charges for making cupboard & shutters/furniture and finishing the surface neat after fixing in required position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain/wood grain in gloss/matt/suede finish (centurylam 3808 AL) with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS:2046 type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality - 1.0mm thick . The rate is inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plain glass to required shape and design for table top/sides/furniture/partition and the like using SS brackets including fixing of checked design self adhesive PVC film in one face of the glass. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, all taxes, wastages, screws, nails, special labour charges for nosing and moulding the edges of glass, pasting of checked design self adhesive PVC film with out forming of air bubbles and finishing the surface neat after fixing in required positien as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing designed teak wood (Burma) dimensional corner type show beading to false ceiling with M.S. screws including polishing the beading with French spirit polishing two or more coats with a base coat of wood sealer. The rate shall include the cost of teak wood beading, all other materials labour charges transportation etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge-size 45 × 35mm.

Providing and fixing half round teak wood - I class reepers of size 20 × 12mm to the edges of plywood. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, wastages, labour charges for fixing, screws, nails, Fevicol SH and finishing the surface neat after fixing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing flat teak wood-I class reepers of size 20x6mm alround the edges of plywood.
