Estabilishment of 33/11 KV (Indoor) SS at Sellur in Metro EDC /Madurai in Madurai Region .

Mobilization of piling and boring equipments such as boring rig, winches, motors, bentonite pump, shells, boiler casing pipe, etc., to location by pulling into river using crane including transport and hire charges etc., complete.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete vertical cast in situ bored Friction and End Bearing pile 500mm dia of effective length of 15.00 m for control room using M30 design mix concrete and 20mm HBGS jelly metal ISS excluding cost of steel reinforcement, including providing of temporary casing pipe of minimum length of 1m at top using for stablishing the sides of bore holes for the remaining length concreting for this pile shall be done through transit pipes and minimum cement content shall be not less than 400 kg/m3. The reinforcement of the pile must be done upto top level of the pile cap,excluding cost of pile reinforcement.The cost includes mobilisation and de mobilisation of pile equipment.

Empty boring in earth from Ground Level to cut off boring may vary due to site condition add if variation any.

Providing pile cap for required size above the cut off level of size in M30 design mix using 20mm B.G ISS including chipping the top of pile upto cut off level cost to shuttering oiling water arrangements for concreting with all leads and lifts etc.,complete excluding cost of reinforcement. The minimum cement content shall not less than 400kg/cum area of pile.

Conducting initial load test of a single Pile under initial load 50 tonnes with a factor of safety 2.50 times as per ISS2911 part IV and other relevant codes inclusive of all charges for extension of cutting of piles that may be necessary erecting loading platform in the manner accepted and approved by the board Engineers together with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading the loads and hire and transporting charges and all other incidental charges for conducting the including retaining the test load for 24 hour at 100 % capacity.Testing equipment shall be got tested at a contractor. The cost and test certificate calibration chart for pressure gauge must be done taking up the 1st load test. Including cost of all materials,lead,lifts,labour,T&P etc, complete.

Single pile under routine load test for safe load 7 tonnes with a factor of safety 1.5 times as per ISS 2911 part IV and other relavent codes inclusive of all charges for extension of cutting of piles that may be necessary, erecting loading platform in the manner accepted and approved by the board engineers together with labour and other incidential charges for loading and unloading the test loads, hire and transport charges and all other incidential charges for conducting the test including retaining the test load for 2 hour at 100% capacity. Testing equipment shall be got tested at contractors cost and test certificate for pressure guage must be done before taking up the Ist load test.

Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils, hard stiff clay, black cotton soils, murram, hard red earth, gravel, stone earth etc., complete with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2 including labour and tools etc., complete for foundation.
