Required1. Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order or Bankers Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD.

Certificates of work experience from specialized agency for Comprehensive Maintenance of existing EPABX system as per below details. i) Should also have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned below during the last 07 (seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of bids. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 1.49 Lacs OR Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 2.24 Lacs One similar work each costing not less than Rs. 2.99 Lacs Similar work

RequiredGST Registration Certificate, if already obtained by bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate, as applicable, within one month form the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due to

Required5. Valid electrical contractors license Or an undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate contractor having valid electrical contractor license.
