M&L cleaning surface of sunken portion of toilet taking out existing material from wall / bottom and applying cement slurry @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm and applying for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) admixed with integral water proofing compound FOSROC's complast X 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement incl a bonding two coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry / STP NO 1 liquid @ 200ml per bag finished even and fair using extra cement to make the surface leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm widht or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to new wooden surface including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10cm with or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
