Note : Testing of cables shall be done as per CA clause in presence of JE.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated & PVC sheathed stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm flat twin core cable in service connection all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scraping old paint from LT panels/ feeder pillars outside off size with emery paper, preparing old surface of painting, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting machine with colour approved/ decided by Engineer-in-Charge from top of PCC coping and marking number/ name of panel and feeders in alphabets not less than 150mm in size including disconnection of electric supply before starting of work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The computerized colour making/ mixing may require within quoted rate.

Material and labour for applying two coats of aluminium oxide paint from top of PCC coping/ brick work to chain link fencing/ XPM jalli inside and outside around transformers/LT panels/ feeder pillars/ 2/4 pole structures off size and angle iron/ cross arms of fencing complete all as specified and directed. Note : The overall area of fencing shall be measured for payment. However, contractor have to paint iron structure/ posts alongwith fencing within overall quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement panel meter 96x96 mm with LED display , accuracy class 1.0, having parameters Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power factor, Power & Energy complete all as specified and directed. Make : Schneider/ Siemens/ L&T/ HPL/ AE

Spraying chemical (approved by Engr-in-Charge) around electric installations, near package Sub Station and LT Panels area complete all as specified and directed. Note : Grass should be collected and disposed off upto 200 mtr distance & rates to deemed to be included in quoted rates. Chemical rates are deemed to be inclusive in overall quoted rates.

Taking down LT cable of any size from ACB/ LT Panel/ Pole in disconnecting cable and taking out loop and refixing the same as directed and clean the connected cable from cleaning tissue and gel and fixing a PVC sleeve on 4 core of cable and reconnected the same to electrical system with new aluminium lugs of proper size and restore the power supply complete all as specified. Note : Each sleeve length should not be less than 0.5mtr and rate quoted inclusive of new lugs and heating arrangement
