Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm thickness, including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.60mm pressed, mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in charge: Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). 35mm Thick Second class Kail wood.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Particle Board 12mm thick Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density Grade I, IS : 3087 marked.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35mm thick (Second class Kail wood).

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directoin with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws lSI marked M.S. pressed bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws of required size (Second class kail wood).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement conc .(1:3:6) ,20 mm nominal size of stone aggregates over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast,40mm nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade/ colour complete as per manufacturer's specifications Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm.
