Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc. 400 sqm ,exc. 50mm and not exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness ) WBM, with granite trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63mm to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to gradient with granite, trap or basalt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M&L preparation of surfaces water bound macadam road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc And applying evenly a priming /tack coat with using tentaic bituminiuos primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm bituminous permix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm (consolidated average thickness) with 5.5% binder content by (paving bitumen VG-30) weight of total mix rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Laying shall be done by means of self propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant. (iii) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 15 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.00 to 2.50 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair to Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm X125mmX 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficincy mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargable battary (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD completed as per manufactures instruction etc all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type C2 using 40mm graded agrregate as in Sub base floor/ Pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, PCC block for delinator etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition old laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 grade of approved shape, size and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 including joints filled with over and including sand and stone dust as in levelling course of interlocking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-40 grade of approved shape, size and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 including joints filled with over and includingsand and stone dust as in levelling course of interlocking complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar incl all Quoins , archeas, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including dismantling old brick works complete all as specified and specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixing with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid Water proofing compound PIDIPROOF LW+ of Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved.

M&L for PCC(1:4:8) type B2 ( Using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for 600mm size Reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars as directed by engineer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed . complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs and edging to road divider and footpath, cover slab of Manhole,septic tank soak well etc including necessary earthwork with plain fair faces incl chamfered wheathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.
