Nano technology water proofing, thermal insulation protection coating 12 layer process for increasing life of building and damage control for roof.-- before coating scaling, cleaning, and preparing surface for treatment. Opening all joint and cracks and filling them with nano technology crack filling hydrophobic chemical with 2/3 coats. then after drying doing a PCC coat on cracks. One coat of nano technology hydrophobic/oiliophobic primer. Nano technology water proofing treatment in3 coats non silicon based applied with fiber mesh sheets in medium. Nano technology thermal insulation coating highly elasticity in nature with 3 coats with 1000 micron width.2top coats of anti stain, anti slippery, natural transparent high shine chemical for better life of the treatment. R/6.3 (iii) (a) P & l of Interlocking M-30 grade concrete Block pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings & MoRD Specification Clause 1504 with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr X 0.30 Mtr X 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks. Category 'A' Dentated units to key into each other on all four faces zigzag shape as per IRC: SP:63-2004.

13.29 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete.vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

13.1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead : With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusses and frammed work, including cutting, hosting (height upto 10m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (9.2)
