Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Disnmantling of existing old unserviceable earth wire and gradle guard of any size form the position, material and labour for providing new GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) on poles to continuous earth wire and cradle guard etc, all as directed.

M & L in repairs for Galvanised Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl dismantling old wire all as directed.

S & F in repairs Pin type porcelain vitreous,brown or white insulator to suit 1100 Volt working pressure of size 100 mm height, 65mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs incl testing of swing out explusion fuse isolated assembly with fuse carrier out door type 11 KV supply 50 Amp ( DO Fuse ) incl mounting bracket & post insulator comlete all as directed. (Make : Atlas/GEC/Pactil)

S & F in repairs cable end jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm. (Make : 3M/Birla/Denson)

S & F in repairs cable end jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for Indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm. (Make : 3M/Birla/Denson)

M & L for painting of HT/LT VCB,Panel of any description with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour code over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces by using spray gun all as directed.

S & F in repairs of existing 11 KV electric meter incl testing of metering & protection current transformer Oil filled out door type of 11 KV capacity ratio 100-50/5 or 200-100/5 class=5P, 10/1 15 VA including dismantling old existing CT all as directed. Note : Calibration & testing record for the sane shoud be submitted by the contractor to Engg in charge.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of girth 25 mm to 75 mm to 3 mtr all around of any size which is obstructing illumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line by using required tools and plants incl removing trimmed tree branches. (Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid separetely)

M & L for preparation of old surface, cleaning the surface of the Steel pole (HT) 11 Mtr long pole structures above the ground level incl coping area and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified and derected by engr-in charge

M&L for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 15 days/upto replacing of defective transformer including, installation, connecting and testing of transformer and return back after installation of repaired transformer complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i) Contractor must arrange hired transformer including transportation and installation at site immediately after receipt of verbal/telephonic/written complaint from JE/Engr-in-Charge within 1 day. Any delay beyond 1 day post receipt of complaint shall be penalized @ Rs 3500/- per day and shall be recovered from next due RAR.(ii) Repairing of transformer must be completed within 15 days after receipt of verbal/ telephonic/ written complaint from JE/Engr-in-Charge. In case of any delay, no extra claim will be entertained towards hiring charges beyond 15 days and the contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until replaced by repaired transformer. In case of any kind of fault / defect occurred in hired transformer, the contractor shall have to arrange further replacement without any additional cost and shall repair the defect from his own expenses. (iii) Contractor should check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation. The rate quoted is deemed to be including transportation cost, earthing lead etc.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer power oil of BDV not less than 50 KV for topping up of reduced level of transformer due to evaporation/ leakage/losses due to dehydration in HT 33 KV transformer/HT 11 KV AVR /Distribution transformer 100 to 600 KVA or for replacement complete including removing of old unservicable transformer oil all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary documents should be submitted by the contractor to Engr In Chrge.

M & L for conducting oil filtration by stream line / Vacuum type filter machine to remove the moisture/carbon particles to improve required BDV of oil 50 to 60 KV for 1 min for power transformer & as BDV of oil 40 to 50 KV for 1 min for distribution transformer incl routine testing after filtration for any capacity of transformers/AVR/CT/PT units all as directed. (Note : The contractor shall change the

filter assy before starting the filtration of transformer / AVR of capacity 600 KVA and more capacities in presence of Engr In charge) Note : Necessary documents should be submitted by the contractor to Engr In Chrge.

All as per item No 53 above but LT side.

M & L for painting the outer surface of the transformer with one coat of weather proof paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc paint free after painting including writing the MES/SM No with white enamelled paint all as directed for capacity of transformer up to 400 KVA (Indoor/outdoor type).

M&L for replacement off load tap changer for distribution transformer of any make and capacity upto 400 KVA

Disconnecting HT supply from 11 KV , 630 Amps RMU , 2/3/4 way and servicing and overhauling of RMU , checking of tripping mechanism , greasing of moving contacts , cleaning of carbon from main contacts , checking of spring tension ,Checking of loosened bolts and nuts, checking of loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires, checking of spring charging motor , Improvement of resistance of CTs , PT, epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish complete all as directed and testing on load

S & F in repairs MS cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps, chuquered plates etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum/ black paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces incl taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as directed.

ith copper earth plate 60x60cmx3.15 mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level, conneceted to GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 and incl earth work, PCC pit and CI cover, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, 40mm dia light grade protection pipe and salt etc and connected to earthing test point all as specified or directed and testing complete all as specified.

Disconnect old UNSV HT 11 KV 2 pole ( RCC pole) structure and Supply and errect and functioning of 2 pole structure on 11 meter steel tubular pole consisting of pole with anti-climbing device, PCC foundation & cross arms, etc for one incoming and two outgoing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note: Relevant items i.e PCC, Cable, cross arms, cable and earth work wiil be measured separately)
