| 1.01(a) Supply and erecting factory made pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete column of size 4800 mm (Height) X minimum cross section of 300 mm X 300 mm made with minimum M40(Design Mix) concrete and including minimum 12 Nos 4 mm dia steel high tensile steel strands (IS 6006)/ hard drawn and stress-relieved wire (IS 6003), minimum shear stirrups as required, having provision for fixing with precast panel, provision for fixing with swan neck for laying of concertina coil. (b) Precast solid concrete element for panel of size 3175 mm X 4200 mm X minimum 100 mm thick (02 Nos factory made precast members of size 3175 X 2100 X 100 mm each) made with minimum M30 (Design Mix) concrete as per IS 11447: 1985 and IS 15916: 2020 based on the concept of shear wall and including reinforcement (TMT bar) as per IS 456: 2000, having provision for fixing with pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete column. | ||||||
| 1.02(c) Precast solid concrete element for foundation (minimum 150 mm thickness) in minimum M30 (Design Mix) grade concrete as per IS 11447: 1985 and IS 15916: 2020 based on the concept of shear wall and including reinforcement (TMT bar) as per IS 456: 2000, having provision for fixing with pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete column. (d) Necessary excavations and earthworks including returning, filling and removal upto 50 metres. (e) Provision of 100 mm thick lean concrete in M7.5 (Nominal Mix) below precast foundation element. (f) Provision of swan neck (Y type horn) made out of MS angle 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm duly galvanized coated of shape and having provision to fix galvanized barbed wire and concertina coil. (g) Provision of 6 Nos galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to swan neck including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. | ||||||
| 1.03(h) Provision of punched tape concertina coil made out of cold drawn unalloyed steel wires of dia 2.6 mm having minimum tensile strength of 1670 N per sqmm as per IS 4454 (Part- 1): 2001 with hot dip galvanized as per practice recommended in IS: 2629 and the coatings shall conform to heavily coated hard variety as per table I of IS: 4826 (weight of Zinc coating 230 gram per sqm minimum) and steel strip of size 19 mm X 0.5 mm with hardness of 137 to 187 VPN and zinc coating of 18 to 20 microns, minimum 610 mm dia of coil when closed, (9 kg ± 5 %) weight of coil with 50 turns & 129 Nos clips (without handles and spikes) and minimum 580 mm dia when opened upto 6 metres, stretched to 6 metres for 50 turns during installations. | ||||||
| 1.04The boundary walls (in ‘L’ or ‘T’ Shape) of the height 3600 mm and footing depth of 1200 mm with minimum thickness of 100 mm in wall and 150 mm in foundation and minimum M30 (Design Mix) concrete shall alternatively be considered for provision of boundary wall. 100 mm thick lean concrete in M7.5 (Nominal Mix) below precast foundation element shall be provided. The provision of swan neck, galvanised barbed wire, concertina coil shall be as mentioned above. The necessary provision for fixing swan neck to precast panel shall be made for laying of concertina coil. | ||||||
| 2.00Notes for BOQ srl item No 1.00 above :- (i) he quoted rate shall be based on the reinforcement requirements and dimensions as determined by design calculations, subject to compliance with the minimum reinforcement and dimension as specified in the relevant Indian Standards. In cases where the design calculations indicate a requirement lower than the prescribed minimum standards, the minimum provisions of the Indian Standards shall prevail and be implemented accordingly. (ii) Weep holes of dia 50 mm shall be left at 1000 mm spacing in each panel just above ground level. The necessary extra reinforcement shall be provided around weep holes. (iii) The expansion/ separation joints shall be provided at every 30 metres along the boundary wall. The measurement of the boundary wall for payment purposes shall be made in running metres, including the length occupied by the crumple joints. No extra payment shall be made on account of double provisions of column or any additional components required at the crumple joint locations. (iv) The net bearing capacity shall be 10 t/m2 at 1.2 metre depth from ground level. (v) The Design shall be vetted by the Government Engineering Colleges. (vi) Cost for loading, unloading, transportation /T&P (Hydra crane/crane and vehicle), erecting, inserting shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (vii) For the purpose of Running Payment, the rate for the Provision of punched tape concertina coil and barbed wire fencing on the top of wall shall be restricted to 8% of the quoted rate for BOQ. | ||||||
