(i) Filling the pit with black cotton soil brought at site. (ii) Earth pit made up of MS board 1×0.5 feet duly painted synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer with required colour code to be fixed closed to earth pit all as directed. (iii) Externally damaged earth pit covers & chamber to be replaced with duly chamber & chamber cover painted as per prevailing colour code scheme. (iv) Testing on completion & achieving resistance less than 01 ohm & submitting report to Engineer-in-charge duly signed by user in every month after successful completion of earthing during contract period & defect liability period complete all as specified and directed. (v) If resistance value is more than 01 ohm, Contractor shall redo or rectify the earthing within 07 days without any extra cost.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounted transformer copper wound of capacity 1000 KVA, step down, indoor type, 50 Hz AC, oil immersed, naturally air cooled having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/433 V complete with standard fitting, HT 11 KV/433 V, corresponding to principal tapping double copper wound delta connected primary side(HV) side & star connected on secondary side(LV ) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN11(vector group-4) with neutral & having tapping on HV side for constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage in steps of ±2.5% to 7.5 % by means of manual off load tap changing arrangement, the limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as measured by oil thermometer shall not exceed 50°C over maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site as per IS : 1180 ammended upto date, complete including provision of following fitting and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
