M&L for repairs to pot holes exceeding 30 mm depth and not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat with bitumen primer(VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bitumenous semidense concrete (design mix), 25 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % paving bitumen of grade VG-30, binder content by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted in required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed

Scarifying and picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and in exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm in depth and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m and staking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Water Bound Macadam (WBM) 75 mm (consolidated thickness) with sand stone coarse aggregate of grading (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt type aggregate 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam /scarifying surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat using paving bituminous primer VG-30 at 10 kg per 10 Sqm and providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) , 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix (Job mix) using mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to an uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE.)

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces of road with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny Bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming tack coat with bitumen primer of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 kg per 10 sqm and providing and laying bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % paving bitumen of grade VG-30, binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradieent & camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing through special applicator machine, auto retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint in yellow / white, pattern of specified strip, 3.00 mm thick and 100 mm wide, centre line, stop line dashes arrow, brackets similar work on bituminous / cement concrete road surfaces as per IRC pattern including cleaning of road surface free from dust & moisture and putting in duly mixed with 8% mica sign special applicatore machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Retro reflective sign board of size 2' x 1.6' fixed both side on stainless steel frame made out of aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet, 3 mm thick fixed on 88-304 series hollow tubular section , 38 mm dia. The board shall be provided with reflective tape of quality high intensity chequared type blue colour, letter / symbol / Aroows shall be written in any colour writting of approved shape and colour, The sign board shall be supported on 1 Nos post of 60 mm dia stainless pipe, 304 series 3 m long with round moulded design on top duly embedded in ground of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary excavation / earth work etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, Solar road stud as size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm with shank of 60 mm aluminium alloy shell with 03 LED on each side with compressive strength up to 20 tonnes fixing by epoxy complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage n exc 63 mm , deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces with broken stone boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured precast cement concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size as approved , 60 mm thick, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-30 grade, glossy finish as in floor/ pavement laid over 20 mm thick stone dust cushioning, laid dry to the profile over subbase / hardcore filling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m but n. exc 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching, coping and haunching etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum or red bajri (spread thickness 150 mm thick in two layer) spread, rolled, watered and consolidated to gradient and camber required as in side berms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast plain cement concrete coloured kerb stone using pigment plain fair faces including chemfers , weathering, throating of size 300 x 150 mm sqm as in kneelers, apex stone, bed plates and setting in CM 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 with complete joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plastic / rubber SPEED BUMP 350 mm x 250 mm x 50 mm ABS block, black and yellow including reflector on both sides with necessary fixing arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
