Execution of Civil Work under Providing CR Stone pathway from nursery gate towards south entrance gate of Humayun Tomb, New Delhi

Earth work excavation by manual means over the area of pathway with a minimum width of 3.70 M and maximum width 5.70 M. The earth is hard rock mixed with boulder with a lift of 2 M and lead up to approximately 50 M from the working site.

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and placing of Coursed Rubble(CR) Stone Masonry with hammer dressed having size 0.2-0.25m * 0.2-0.3m * 0.15-0.20m matching with the adjacent structure over 25 mm to 40 mm thick cement mortar bed in composite lime cement mortar 1:1:2:2. It is including cleaning, curing etc. and curb stones at edges of the pathway all complete manners.

Provision for pointing the joints of Coursed Rubble (CR) stone masonry with composite mortar 1:1:1 mix (here 1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) after carefully racking and washing the joints etc. It is including racking, washing and curing etc. complete

Provision for providing, placing and fixing of the Red sand stone pillars both side of the pathways with MS chain link hooked at the ends to give the Royal entrance look at south side entry. The size of the Red sand stone pillars is 150 mm * 150 mm (square chamfered at corners to make it octagonal shape) and 1 M height @ 3 M c/c distance with 300 * 300 * 300 * 200 base of the pillars.

Provision for carrying material and mortar from mortar mixing plant to working site (appx. 300 M away) by manual labour on hand cart.

Provision for removal of the malba/debris from the site to the nearest dumping place (Okhla Dumping place).

Provision for Chaukidar/Watch & Ward staff to secure the material during execution period.

Provision for purchasing and providing security equipment/material/item and other essential items/material required at site to do the work safely and securely. Long rubber boot for labour
