Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeter layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.10 meter thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, resumes and cantilever up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 millimeter thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 millimeter, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 millimeters in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing steel fiver reinforcement cement concrete (SFRC) man hole cover and frame conforming to IS. 12592 (Part-1)-1998 with latest amendsments 560mm: internal diametre (medium duty) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 2.40 mtr heigh fencing with MS angles post 65x65x6mm of total height 2.90 metre @ 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with 9 nos horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS 278-1962 Type 1) total weight 9.38 Kg.per 100 metres (minimum) including earth work cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel work welded-in-built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in- Charge

Providing and fixing oxdized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16mm within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing M.S. pressed but hinges with necessary screw 125x65x2.12 mm with in all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/soft rocks, including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neately dressed within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plums and curing complete excluding cost of forth work in Retaining wall/ Breast walls. The size of plum shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per PWD specification within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
