Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15 x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S.frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Removing the loose particles rust / mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush / crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and providing and system based aromatic rust remover of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc. Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions (Confirming to IS 90/7 - 19/9 (realffirmed - 1997) Appendix B, Clause 5.3.3) including all tools complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing high strength Non shrink free flow micro concrete of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / Mc. Bauchmie / DON / BASF OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions like IIT / SERC / NTH or so (Confirming to ASTM C109 7cm cube for compressive strength 45-50 MPa, Physical properties: Tensile Strength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80), Flexural Strength - 5.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips mav be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 15mrn thickness of repaired surface). For this treatment precise quantity of water ie 0.15 W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar conslstencv as per the manufacturers specification with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cement plaster.

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by Pressure grouting using cement slurry mixed with non shrink expanding grouting compound of CERA/ SIKA/ FOSROC/ Mc Bauchmie/ Don/ BASF or equivalent make certified & tested by accredited institutions. like IIT/SERC or so (Confirming to BS 8110 Part I), mixed in the ratio of 225g per 50Kgs bag of cement for injection grouting the RCC slab to strengthen the RCC Slab.
