M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement & form work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation, plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation 300 mm thick factory made Structural stay in place panels of design specified thickness. Panel is composed of two filtering grids made of rib mesh reinforced by vertical stiffeners called ‘C’ channel. The grids are connected by rebar act as horizontal stiffeners & connectors act as a shear link. Design specified concrete will be poured in between panels from the top of the wall. Rib mesh shall be made from 0.42mm thick and 342 mm width 275 GSM galvanized plain steel with rib at 100 mm interval in horizontal directions ,mesh further strengthen by “C” channel made from 0.6 mm thick and 101 width 275 GSM galvanized plain steel with 8mm hole at every 200mm or 100mm intervals along the length of the channel, combination of rib mesh and “C” channel called single panels which remains on both face of the wall connected with the help of 5mm dia 100 GSM galvanized wire at every 200mm interval in vertical direction and connector made from 1.5 mm thick and 19mm width 120 GSM galvanized plain steel placed at every 400 mm intervals in horizontal direction and 200 mm intervals in vertical direction in zig zag pattern. In wall elements double panels installed with “C” channel in vertical direction. All corner covers with corner piece of “L” shape made with single panels. In slab, single panels used in replacement of shuttering plates supported by wood or steel runners with steel props. Both the outer faces of panel shall be completed in all respect as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape of required size including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 20.00 above but 6 mm dia and over up to 8 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Returning, filling in, in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of timber for Shoring and strutting putting together, errecting, striking and removing together with all necessary bolts, nails, clamps etc to retain soil during deep excavation for foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil 600 mm dia, 2.50 core wire, heavy galvanised, minimum 275 GSM/Sqmm Zinc coating, 56 loops per meter, strength not less than 1400 N/Sqmm medium blade, 35 mm distance between barbs complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone, gauge n exc. 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over one coat of priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing barbed wire, concertina coil any type complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Ser item No 15 to 18 (i) The materials required for fabrication of form work shall be procured from the main producer of the manufacturer or their authorised dealers only. The make of manufaturer shall be get approved from GE (I) before placing the order in bulk. (ii) The design/drawing showing all components as described in particular item of BOQ shalll be get approved from GE (I) before fabrication. (iii) Make of fabricater to fabricate the from work shall also be get approved before fabricating the material in his workshop. The arrangment for site inspection of fabrication shall also be made to the Engg-in-Charge in manufacturer workshop. The rates for the above are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel tubular poles/struts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 09 metres long. Poles shall be coated with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 4.0 Core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary excavation, earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. GI wire shall be laid in 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI wire of 4 mm dia. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia mild steel TMT bars suitable for carrying of pit cover.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4.0 mm galvanised iron wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable Junction outdoor type SMC KIOSK box IP 66/67 “weather proof”, of size 255 x 355 x 122 mm incl fixing of terminal connector 100A 4 pole suitable for in and out connection of 4 core XLPE cable 50 Sqmm fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI bracket made of 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe bend to shape approx 1.8 mtr length including MS clamps, nut, bolt etc for fixing of street light fittings including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI pipe medium grade 50mm dia for laying of protection of UG cable including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying UG cables and poles of various sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil /concrete for laying UG cables of various sizes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 49 above but exc. 1.5 m and not exc 3.00 m deep.

Supply and laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' standard size for cable protection keeping width of the brick parallel to the length of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches ,ducts including leveling, punning for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping around the pole and finished the surface even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for base foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of pole around pole, road/PCC cutting filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of new steel tubular pole including with GI Bracket, MS calmp, Nuts & Bolt of upto 7.5 Mtr with two coat aluminuim paint including writing of Pole No complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC sheathed multi core Copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm 3 core for connection of street light inserting from top in side the pole and connecting in junction box complete including making Hole in Pole as per Site,complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of CPVC pipes of inner dia 50mm SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable Ball valves brass threaded (two sided), 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plasterd surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items of BOQ (i) During execution of work contractor will erect a temporary barricading to avoid any mishappening at site and also required for security reason. The barricading shall be supported on suitable GI props of suitable size at 2.5m. Centre to Centre Corrugated GI sheet shall be fixed with nails of required length and dia of suitable props including excavating holes of size 0.3x0.3x0.4m getting out the excavated soil and will be removed after execution of work. The rates for barricading shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
