PROVN OF WEATHER SHELTERS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS AND POL STORAGE AT AFS ISSAPUR C/O 25 WG UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description & in any position not specifically provided complete including dismantling of floor tiles etc complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting outgetting out soft/loose soil.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 tybe D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in subbase.Complete all as specified

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching, gola, slightly rounded and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Hardstanding including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green etc complete all as specified.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.
