M & L preparation of new surface on ceiling & applying two coat of oil emulson distemper complete all as specified

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with felt having glass fiber non woven reinforcement and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm to 4.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bounding over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt as in sunken floor (bottom and vertical) complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including complete removal of old treatment of any description and removing the debris to a distance of n. exc 50m protection

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 (with WP compound @ 3% by weight) on concrete surface including finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separatley.

M&L priming the plastered roof surfaces with bitumenous primer @0.30 Kg per sqm and applyingn APP based polymeric membrane minium weighing 3 kg per sqm and 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (Wt no less than 150 gms/ per sqm) and on primed surfaces by forced application over apply hot bitumen 1.2 Kg/Sqm (80/100) over applying bitumen base aluminium paint 200 grm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer of CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid caramic coloured tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour to match over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer of CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200mmx7mm thick, on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as specified and directed

Demolition of Brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar.

M/L brick work with sub class B bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved exceeding 6m mean radius all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description brick of stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.
