Fabrication of steel tower 22 mtrs. Length with square base of 1 m X 1 m and top of 0.3 m X 0.3 m (as per drawing enclosed) (weight-1.5 Te. Per tower)

Tower Erection Complete (11 Nos.) A) Earth work for tower foundation in excavation including dressing of side up to (1.75 X 1.75 X 1.25 depth = 3.83 Cu. m) including getting out the disposal of the excavated soil as directed with a lead of 50 m in hard soil.

Tower Erection Complete (11 Nos.) B) Concreting of tower erection, providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering & shuttering, all work (0.50 m above ground and 1.25 m below ground) in 1:3:6 ratio, 40mm nominal size stone chips (Pile size: 1.75 m X 1.75 m X 1.75 m= 5.26 Cu. m)

Erection of Metallic pole 10.00 metre and upto 13.00 metre in cement concrete 0.3cmtr per pole, 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required as per instruction of Engr. Inc.

Providing and fixing of stay set complete (Galvanised, with stay wire, stay rod & stay insulator) in cement concrete 0.2 cmt/stay, 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as per instruction of Engr. Inc.

Erection of ACSR, Wolf conductor including binding etc. as required (Single wire per KM).

Providing and fixing of 33KV PIN Insulator including binding etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 33KV DISC Insulator with 3U clamp type disc hardware including binding etc. as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel Iron cross arm on single steel tubular Pole & steel towers as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for overhead lines as required.

Providing and fixing of GI Wire 8 SWG for running earth including binding etc. as required

Providing and Fixing of cradle guarding. (including supply of Gl wire)

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia. including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, etc. with charcoal/coke and salt, as required.

Providing and fixing of 33KV grade, 800A gang operated Off load Isolator/A.B. Switch complete set (Horizontal operate).

Cleaning & painting of poles of various sizes (11mtr., 13 mtr., & 16 mtr.) with brackets of different HT overhead lines. One coat of red oxide & 2 coats of Alu. Paint and 3 nos. one-foot-wide strip of red paint from ground level up to 1.5mtr, of reputed make. (Paint will be provided by the contractor).

Cleaning of dust, dirt, rust, etc. and painting of structural steel tower with one coat of primer (red oxide) & two coat of Aluminium paint of approved brand (Paint will be provided by the contractor).

Providing and fixing of 8” X 11” parameter reflective type pole/feeder destination stickers bearing danger sign, feeder destination & voltage grade ( For 90 nos. poles).

Providing and fixing of MS nuts & Bolts.

Tree branch trimming.
