S&F Pre-painted coloured corrugated profiled Galvalume/Zincalume sheet with min 0.50mm TCT with BTM of 0.45mm thick conforming to IS -513(AZ-150 GSM,Al Zn alloy metallic coating 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397),as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws, colour/exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/ BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer,all fixed with galvanised self drilling self tapping fastener(12-14x55 with EPDM seals), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4mm thick Cement fibre board (designer ceiling) of size 600mm x 600mm panel conforming to IS 14862 type B category three including GI frame work with size of grid 605mm x 605mm including all accessories and GI suspensions, the fibre sheet should be fire resistant, water resistant, termite resistant, environment friendly & 100% asbestos free, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including all fixing accessories like PVC frames/fillets etc on PVC frame, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Granite stone 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in window cills, cooking platforms and the like not less than 1 Sqm (in one piece), laid over 15mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 after roughening of existing concrete surface and applying a layer of neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of stone, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.
