Providing and fitting of Filter kit for Rolba-1500 Zaug Snow blower (Diesel filter Set of 03 No’s as per sample, M Oil Filter Set of 02 No’s as per sample)

Providing and fitting of wire braided high pressure Hydraulic Hose for choute with adopter/Joint on both ends as per sample

Repairs to the chute of the blower assembly by removing bends from choute of the blower.The job also includes replacement of damaged MS sheet from the shoot tip.

Backhoe Loader CASE-770 (10 and 11)

Repairs to the front end bucket/bucket base: The job includes removing of bends by way of heating,pressing hammering and welding at dammaged/ cracked spots. .The job also includes removing of worn out old welded cutting edge and fixing of new cutting edge by way of welding. Cutting edge to be provided by the department.

Providing and fitting of filter kit complete (CASE 770) comprising of ,M oil Filter ,Disel Filter,Water Separator,Hydraulic Filter and air filter .

Greasing of critical components of CASE 770 Back Hoe loader which includes , steering linkage , including ball joints ,tie rod ends, steering cylinder pivot pins , hinge pins, all the joints in Front End Loader and Back Hoe arm including of bucket lower/ upper pins , linkage pivot pins, rocker arm pivot pins, bucket cylinder pivot pins, boom cylinder pivot pins and boom pivot pins. The tools including grease gun involved in the execution of the job to be provided by the firm. (The required amount of the grease to be provided by the Department)

Providing and fitting of wire braided high pressure hydraulic hoses of required diameter, size and length of required collars as per sample. The job includes cutting of hydraulic hose to the required size and fitting of collars and nipples as per sample(Loader 10 )
