M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of requisite Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of white cement based putty including sanding the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper on old wall surface including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying putty where required using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint in camoflauge or in any single colour as per the requrement of User, having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm on old surface (external surface) using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old ceiling surface (ceiling surface) including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying putty where required using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification old surface of walls (internal surface) and applying 3mm thick wall care putty thickness over old plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr of the spray machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfcaes of walls by applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on old plastered/unplastered surfacs of walls over a coat of 1mm thck wall care putty to achieve smooth finished surface by sanding with the requisite grade sand paper over putty surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- OBD to be done by Roller

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfcaes of walls by applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on old plastered/unplastered surfacs of walls over a coat of 1mm thck wall care putty to achieve smooth finished surface by sanding with the requisite grade sand paper over putty surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- OBD to be done by Roller

M&L for cleaning the surface and made free of vegetation, dirt, foreign particles, liatance all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Water proofing compund to be measured and paid seprately.
