Complete four wheel checking of vehicle to be carried out by way of dismantling of wheels disengaging of all parts, then washing cleaning of parts by using kerosene oil and cotton cloth then replaced unserviceable / damaged parts, (i.e Front and rear wheel oil seals brake cylinder kits, check nuts, front wheel disc pads, rear wheel brake linings rivets and filling of fresh grease) of reputed make and job further includes machining of front disc rotors and rear wheel drums and refitting back after proper fitment. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete brake checking of vehicle to be carried out by way of dismantling of master cylinder assembly and replacing damaged kit and providing and fixing of new master cylinder kit and filling of fresh brake oil upto mark. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete checking to suspension system of vehicle to be carried out by way of dismantling of front spindle, tie rods, link rods, ball joints etc. and then washing, cleaning of all dismantle and un-dismantle parts using HSD and dhoti cloth and replaced all damaged / worn out bushed rubber boots, spindle pins, by new ones and job further includes replacing unserviceable parts i.e. link rods ball joints and other damaged parts and then refitting back all parts peoperly fitted and aligned all parts. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete repairs and checking of steering system of vehicle to be carried out by way of dismantling of tie rods, drag links and steering assembly washing, cleaning of parts using kerosene oil and seal, steering bearing, gasket and filling of fresh power steering oil and mark and job further includes providing and fixing of drag link kits, tie rod ends (M&M) make etc. and refitting back. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Providing and fitting of shock absorbers reputed make after dismantling of old ones then providing / fitting new shock absorbers front and rear side. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Repairs and checking of speedo meter assembling by dismantling of same and then replaced damaged speed meter cable and checked all gears and knobs etc. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete gear oil change to gear box and rear differential to be carried out by way of draining out all damaged gear oil from their respective assemblies cleaning of sumps and then providing and filling of fresh gear oil to gear box, differential of reputed make. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Providing and fitting of tyres (215/75/R15). Job conducted by way of retrieving of all tyres from respective desks and then providing and fitting of tyres of MRF/Ceat/Dunlop or any other reputed make and job includes wheel alignment and wheel balancing of all wheels including stepney tyre. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete denting / repairing and patching of vehicle to be carried out by way of dismantling of front rare bumpers footsteps (2 No.s) complete patching at cracked and rusted spots by way of removed rusted damaged sheets and fixed new MS sheets of suitable guage by help of electric welding / gas welding wherever needed. Job includes complete denting of front show (Bonnet, Mudguards, Bumpers and side body wherever needed. Job includes four door setting of vehicle by way of removed / replacing all damaged locks, handles, knobs, rubber channels, glass beadings, checking door sliding machines knobs etc. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete painting of vehicle to be carried out by way of scratching old paint from vehicle with help of Army / Sand paper, then applying duco putty one coat for smoothing surface then applying primer paint and finally applying 2 coats of computerized deco paint to whole body as per own existing shade / color of vehicle, job includes providing and fitting of 2 No. registration plates. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete repairs of seats of vehicle by way of disengaging of all seat covers from seats, then providing and fitting of new seat covers by using velvet cloth job includes Providing / fitting of 50mm thick foam for packing purpose of seat. Seat covers be stitched properly and then fitted back on vehicle job includes providing fitting of 1 No. arm rest with cover and job further includes providing and fixing of cushions (02 No.) and covered with same velvet cloth. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete matting of vehicle to be carried out by way of providing and fitting of superior leather foam cloth 1mm thick foam sheets to the floor fixed with help of adhesive properly fitted.

Complete light checking of vehicle by replacing all damaged / fuse wires, holders, bulbs by new one. Checking of head lights, wiper blades, horn etc. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Complete servicing of vehicle by washing / cleaning removing all dirt / dust and greasy particles from vehicle job includes greasing of vehicle. (To be approved by Engineer Incharge). As per actual requirement.

Providing of rubber foot mats of superior quality 6 No.
