Supply ,laying , testing & commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part-II, of following sizes all as directed including dismantling and taking out from trenches old one. Note:- (a) Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushioning, concrete cable covers,GI pipe protection for road crossings, HT termination joints will be measured and paid separately all as specified and directed. Relaying of old existing serviceable cables of any size and description obtained from item No:-1 here in before complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and leveling of bottam Complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of excavated soil including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made as per IS 5820-1970, class HV, type 1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying only old reterieved unreinforced precast concrete cable cover for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 150 mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables, pipe line specified and directly coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any damage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning in replacment of HT 11 KV Switch air break, with DO fuse gang operated, triple pole , mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and MS channel frame, with operating mechanism made out of 25 mm dia GI medium grade pipe suitable for operation from ground level with locking arrangement complete for current rating 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacment of HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty triple pole for 33 KV overhead line ,36 KV rated highest system voltage, long duration distribution discharge class type, IP 55 Degree of protection, 100(kVp) at 65 kA High current impulse withstand with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fittings conforming to IS: 3070 part-3 effectively connected with earthing system complete all as specified and directed. Supply , install, testing and commissioning in replacement of existing unsv outdoor type, 33 KV gang operated switch, rotary type, double break of current rating upto 400 Amps, triple pole each pole consisting of galvanised steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spray, loaded contacts, arching horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal pipe of adequate length for phase seperation adequate length of GI pipe for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both ON and OFF position. (ii) Contractor will ensure that after intimating fault contractor have to be arrange fault locator machine within 6 hours,if contractor is unable to bring fault locator with in stipulated time penalty of Rs 250.00 per hours will be charged from contractor. (iii) Contractor will arange electrician to connect cable for testing and if any excavation is required on the site then also he will be arrange labour for the same.

Supply and errecting steel tubular pole swaged type 11.0 Meter long, type 410 SP-55, IS-2713 marked complete with M&L for mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap/final taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in foundation and around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block duly finished even and smooth without using extra cement, disposal of surplus soil to a distanc not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed.
