Supply of 8m high octagonal galvanized street light pole with bottom of 140 to 160 mm, top 65 to 85 mm , made from 3 mm thick HT plate and 240 x240 x16 mm base plate with 1000 mm long single arm bracket with 15 degree of angle & end having dia as per LED light and with opening of door double internal lock at a standard height, with adequate size of MCB fitting enclosure with proper insulation erected on PVC board complete erected in an approved manner on provided foundation.

Supply of 16Amp MCB DP (In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1) 240/415 V, 50 Hz, 10kA. Make: Havells/L&T/BCH

Supply of Digital timer type Street light switch panel as per load of 100 nos. of LED street lights complete with sheet enclosure and all internal fittings.

Supplying and embedding 40mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. DSR 11.6.2

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35sq.mm DSR 7.7.1

Earthling with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. DSR 5.2

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required. DSR 5.7

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED lights on poles, MCB’s, cable termination of both cables according to load on different leads, fixing of digital panel etc. With required tools and tackles and minor material required at site. This also include the following: - -Check equipment specification –All functional tests –Checking for all tightness of nuts and bolts –Current and amp. Check.
