Dismantling of floor, hearth , or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) and rubbish of the primeses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of aluminium door, partition, window & ventilator including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fabricating coloured powder coated aluminium frame work,door shutter ,windows , ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates sections of approved tint as required for partions including beading,cleat, screws,fasteners, plugs, for fixing with wall/ceiling columns/beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour casement (openable) Door made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mmx58mm), sash (60mmx78mm),T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mmx74mm) Glazing bead(35mmx20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drianage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2 mm thick galvanised steel frame (28mmx21.5mm) sash (31mmx27.5mm) 'T' profile (27mmx17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastners.
