Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 Mt. In width or 10 SqMts on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upt 1.5 Mtr. Including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed and lead up to 50 Mtrs

Providing and laying hand packed stone soling in foundation under floors etc. inel ramming, watering and ensolidating complete cost and carriages of all materials involved upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade M-7.5 excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work at all levels in: 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including cost and carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying and filling of good earth incl digging earth carrying by lorry, placing , watering, dressing and ramming in layers not over than 200mm incl consolidation with PRR8-10 ton incl all sorts of charges like transportation from any source etc, Royalty Finished item to be measured.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriages complete job

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete heavy duty 12 mm thick 400x400mm dark green shade parking tiles (antiskid)

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with: 18 mm thick black lapatro, agerowhite incld all costs and carriages, complete job including moulding at edges as per directions of engineer in charge complete job
