Insulation of pipeline, valves, header, pressure parts (I&II), ESP, Deaerator & ducts (except vertical & horizontal flue gas duct inlet to chimney) etc. of 3x210 M.W. Boilers.
When new cladding is to be provided with 24 / 22 Gauge (GI / Al) sheet to be provided by department free of cost including fabrication and fixing of cladding with structures:
When one layer of new / old mineral wool blankets / pads thickness 40 / 50 / 60 mm supplied by the department free of cost is to be provided.
When more than one layer of new / old mineral wool blankets / pads thickness 40 / 50 / 60 mm supplied by the department free of cost.
When Old removed GI sheet are to be re-fixed with the help of self tapping screw:
When one layer of new / old mineral wool blankets / pads thickness 40 / 50 / 60 mm supplied by the department free of cost is to be provided.
When more than one layer of new / old mineral wool blankets / pads thickness 40 / 50 / 60 mm supplied by the department free of cost is to be provided
Insulation of vertical & horizontal flue gas duct inlet to chimney (approx. Height of duct from ground ‘30’ mtrs.) and fixing the new cladding.
Fixing the scaffolding pipes from ‘0’Mtr level to duct (approx.30 mtr) and dismantling the same after completion of work and shifting the scaffolding pipes to site store.
More than one layer of new mineral wool blanket /pad of thickness 40/50/60mm and new cladding is to be provided with 24 / 22 Gauge (GI / Al) sheet to be provided by department free of cost.
Insulation of headers in pent house of 3x210 MW Boiler when two or more than two layers of old / New mineral wool blankets / pads of thickness 40 / 50 / 60 mm are to be provided on the headers in pent house.
Replacement / re-fixing of old / new G.I. / Al sheet with the help of self -tapping screw. The mineral wool will not be replaced
Refractory work of main Boiler and pressure parts
Cleaning and removal of fly ash / foreign materials / debris / scraps etc and its disposal to '0' meter level boiler and from '0' meter to dumping yard from following areas
Primary cold air ducts (Left & right) including vertical ducts both side from P. A. Fans outlet dampers to APH
Secondary cold air ducts (both side) from outlet to APH
Dog House
Hot secondary air ducts (right)
Hot secondary air ducts (left)
wind box(right)
wind box(left)
gooseneck cat house front & rear
Cleaning and removal of fly ash / foreign materials /debris / scraps etc. and its disposal to ‘0’Mtr.level boiler, 3X210 MW and from ‘0’Mtr. to dumping yard from the various boiler heating areas consisting of following.

From gallery between reheater and arch tubes
From gallery between exit super heater and hanger tubes to conv. Super heater
From second pass
From pent house above furnace.
From gallery between platten super-heater and cold reheat headers in pent house.
From gallery between exit super-heater and convection super-heater headers in pent house.
From space between headers No10& rear side wall in pent house.

Cleaning and removal of fly ash / foreign materials /debris / scraps etc. and its disposal to ‘0’Mtr.level boiler, 3X210 MW and from ‘0’Mtr. to dumping yard from the various boiler heating areas consisting of following
all the four economizer hoppers in each unit
All the four flue gas ducts from APH to ESP inlet in each unit.
Interconnecting duct of flue gas at ESP inlet in each unit
Flue gas duct hopper just before and after F.G-3 and F.G.-4 dampers.
Cleaning and removal of accumulated fly ashes / foreign materials / debris / scraps etc from Boiler roof and its disposal to '0' meter level boiler and from '0' meter to dumping yard.
Removal of set refractory from steam header for checking which involves breaking of refractory by chisel and removal of same and shifting to dumping yard.
