Construction of boundary wall to separate non-residential buildings and residential buildings from the western side of the garage and car shed located in the Campus of District Court, Manjhanpur

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed The rate includes disposal of excess unused earth away from site, dewatering, pumping water, strutting, shoring, the same earth to be filled & compacted in the compound wall sides after completing the concrete works etc . DSR-2023 2.6.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). DSR-2023 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) . DSR-2023 6.4.2

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:1½:3up to plinth excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:1½:3 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as RCC or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. DSR-2023 5.22.6

12 mm. thick cement plaster in 1:6 consisting of one part of cement & Six parts of approved fine sand including supply of all materias, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR-2023 13.1.2

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). DSR-2023 13.46.1
