Erection of German Technology Aluminium Structure as per Manufacturer Specification with PVC Tensile Fabric fitted to frames with necessary cross bracing, wind tie & Struts as necessary (All materials are contractor's property)

Hiring and installation of cloth n ceilling of the pandel and side decoration of the pandal with pleated design cloth both inside and outside and removal of the same after the function. (All materials are Contractor's property).

Construction of view Cutter

Construction of Stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20 m apart and the platform with……… Steel frame staircase as directed by the department. (All the materials are contractors property)

Temporary wooden flooring 150mm height over the ground with 19mm thick ply wood including fitting and fixing with iron screw, nails etc. as directed by the Deptt.

Providing fitting and fixing temporary steel barricading of 1.20M height as per specification complete.

Printing, framing and fixing of flex including local carriage etc. completed as directed including cost of dismantling. After the function is over.(All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Construction of 2 ( Two ) Nos. of VVIP Toilet of size 1.50m x 1.50m with all necessary fittings including water supply system complete.

Hiring and installation of Printed Carpet (New) for Stage, VVIP Lounge, and Back Stage & Public Seating i.e entire hanger area including the staircases.

Hire Charge of Grass Carpet.

Hiring and installation of Red Carpet at the enterance of the hanger. (ordinary carpet )

Hiring and placing of adequate number of Sofa for the VIP and VVIP sitting & dining spaces. (for 1 day)

Hiring charges of VIP chairs.(1 days)

Hire charge of Plastic Chair including carriage as directed by department. (1 Days)

Flower Decoration for Stage with natural flower and flower tubs including carriage complete.

Providing / fitting of bamboo gate ( welcome gate ) by bhaluka bamboo post including fitting , fixing and cloth decoration.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Applying of the retardent solution on area of cloth, wall, floor, carpet etc. in the temporary pandals with best composition of amonia sulphate amonia carbonet, borik acid and amonia with water as per requirement of NEPA and as directed
