Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means built in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of rubbish within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for random rubble masonry in CM 1:6 with hard stone including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) at every 1.2 Metre height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for except stone random rubble masonry in CM 1:6 including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) at every 1.2 Metre height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra over granite or trap stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course with 40mm maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer . as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two coats on new work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 type B1 (unsing 20 mm graded stone agregate) nominal size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for fencing with GI barbed wire on angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete block, every 15th post last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Material and labour for raised and cut pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
