G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses: corrugated sheets and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).
