"Design & Engineering of all Piping & related items in all respects in accordance with the following project specifications, drawings, relevant codes & standards and instructions of consultant/owner shall include in the scope of work. Contractor to coordinate with other packages to deliver the drawings, documents, calculations, reports, lists, MTOs & as built drawings as per the deliverable list until approval from consultant/owner. 3D modelling of entire plant including packages Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instruments, Firefighting, HVAC, CPE, CFE & IOCL Pipelines within the new Grassroot Lube plant (Jetty to lube plant) in contractor scope using E3D software and as per below sections of Std. Technical Piping Specifications. 3D modelling Procedure : Section-17 of Std. Technical Specification for Piping. 3D modelling Review Procedure : Section-18 of Std. Technical Specification for Piping. (Note: Contractor to provide the combined 3D model of the Grassroot Lube Plant) Reference: Plot Plan , Plant Layout a. Piping (Pipe, Fittings, valves, specialities) at all levels including Pipe rack, Process plant and tank farms, Mechanical (Tanks, Pumps, Equipments, Pumps, Powder Handling systems, Screw Conveyors, Feed Hoppers & Utility Equipments) equipments at Process plant, tank farm and utility areas. b. Civil & Structural Buildings, Structures, RCC Foundation, Roads, Stair, Ladder, Gate, buildings, Pipe racks, concreate sleepers, STP, Roads, Walk ways, Horticulture works, Boundary walls, Drains, OWS, security cabin, Underground facilities and other plant facilities, etc., c. Electrical like HT/LT sub-stations, MCC room, DG set room, cable routing & trays, etc., d. Instrumentation like field mounted instruments & Valves, RIO Panels, cable routing & trays, Control room, CCTV e. HVAC (duct, fans, blower) & Fire Fighting (Spray line, etc.,) f. Process Equipments (CPE) such as vessels, equipments, pumps, Homogenizers, Colloidal Mills g. Core Filling Plant Equipments (CFE) h. ASRS, Ware house & Material Handling i. Pipelines from Jetty to Lube plant (within the new Grassroot Lube Plant) including Pig Launcher/Receivers The maximum working height to be considered for Laying of the Pipelines shall be 17.5M from GL.

"NOTE:- THE ABOVE RATE SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES & DUTIES, ROYALTIES, CESS, ENVIORMENTAL & POLLUTION, FITNESS & SAFETY CLEARANCE CHARGES (IF ANY), OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES ETC BUT EXCLUDING GST."
