Providing Electro Mechanical installations, Safety and Security works for 274 SU Air force station Gorakhpur. (SH Pdg Lightning arrestor, Surge protection system and Chemical Earthing for exchange equipment and UPS)

SH:I Lightning arrestor:- (1).SITC of ESE lightning conductor for providing protection radius of 61m in Level IV,(Make LIVA, Model LAP CX 040/TERCEL or SS make, tested in accordance with NFC 17-102 for advance trigering time of 22 microseconds, short circuit test of 115 KA, CE marked, temperature withstand test of -40 to +120 degree centigrade, country of origin certificate, last inspection certificate, testable from external tester and carries replacement warranty from all defects as per manufacturer.

(2). Supplying and fixing of 5m GI Mast with adapter cable and base plate i/c stay wires etc. complete as required.

(3). Supplying and laying of 70 Sqmm Single Core FR Round PVC Insulated PVC sheathed 1.1KV Grade Copper Conductor Flexible Cables for connecting LA with earthing.etc. complete as required.

(4). Maintenance free earthing consisting of copper bonded rod 17.2mm dia 10 ft. long 25 Kg. earth enhancing chemical compound and clamp for connecting rod to cable/strip, FRP earth pit cover .

(5). Supplying and fixing lightning counter IP67 of digits Model LEC-C etc. as required.

(6). Supplying and fixing test clamp etc. as required.

(7). Supplying and fixing insulator to be installed between LA and GI pipe mast etc. as required.

SSH:II-Exchange,Earthing:- (8). Supply and burring of safe earthing electrode T-39,(Hot Dip Gavanized), length 3000mm, outer dia 76mm inner Dia 38 mm, terminal Dia 12mm, outerGI pipe of 16 SWG and inner GI pipe of 12 SWG with hot dip Galvanization upto 100 micron filled with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having anti corrosive & conductive property with 50 kgs activated soil (BFC) capable of reducing the soil resistivity with good mixture of retaining capacity along with 30 cm square C.I.frame with hinged cover & masonary housing (From electrode terminal to switch board, cost of GI strip is not included in this item)

(9). Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

(10) Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

(11). Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

(12). Supplying and laying of 5mm thick copper braided wire for earthing of false floor jacks with i/c fixing of wire on jacks with existing copper clamp etc complete as reqd.(Note: Copper clamps is not covered in this item)

(13). Supplying and fixing of copper clamp of suitable size fabricated out of 22 SWG thick copper sheet for tying of existing copper braided wire with the false floor jacks with i/c revetting of clamps etc complete as reqd.

SH:III-Surge,Protection,Device:- (14). SITC of surge protection device suitable for operation on 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire AC supply consisting of following items in suitable size powder coated sheet enclosure etc. complete as required:- (Note: This SPD will be connected for mains incoming supply.) (a). Type I+II, Imax 50kA, 3pole+1, for protection against direct and indirect lightning surges mounted on DIN rail: 01 No. (Make: L&T, Cat.No.AUSP123PN50 or SS make). (b). Fuse Mountable Kit suitable for mounting 125 Amp HRC fuse: 03 Nos.(Make L&T, type:C02-125, Cat:CX21250OODO or SS make). (c). DIN type HRC fuse link of 125 Amp rating :03 Nos. (Make:L&T, type HN 000, Cat. No.SF94946 or SS make). (d). LED type indication lamps complete:03 nos.(For phase indication). (e). LED type indication lamps complete:04 nos.(For indication of fuse fail and MOV fail). (f). Suitable rating Aluminium bus bars for connection of cables between panel and HRC fuse. (g). Suitable rating Aluminium bus bars for connection of cables to earth and neutral.
