Roughening to surfaces of old concrete floor/roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0Kg of cement per sqm complete all as dierected.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 in coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction , laying over green concrete or old roughened surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 12 Kg/Sqm on concrete or plastered surface to make the surfaces water proof complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of OH water tank upto 500 ltrs capacity including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc dewatering with tools/machines/ submirsible, sludge removal and rubbing with mineral acid/ bleaching powder and:anti bacterial spray with clorine water or KMNO4 (Potassium permanganate), after completion of cleaning writing letters of minimum 100 mm height each ("Cleaned on "Month" and "Year") with spray paint through appropriate stencil sheet cutting (white or black) on the tanks and removal of existing date and year marking if existed on the PVC tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 05 above but more than 500 ltrs upto and including 1000 ltrs capacity -ditto -

Supply & fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 Ltrs capacity three layered (cylindrical vertical with threaded type closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including taking down the existing tank complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair PVC ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 15mm bore pipes all as specified and directed.Make : Symet Prayag

Description all as per item No 8 here-in-before but for 20mm bore pipe.

Disconnecting of existing PVC over head Water Tank and refixing in the correct position after cleaning and necessary repair as required complete all as specifed and as dircted.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore pipe and removing from site complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Sl Item No 11 here-in-before but 20 mm bore pipe.

Supply and fixing CPVC pipes SDR 11 of 15 mm dia with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length including taking down of old u/s tubes and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting Chases for concealed water tubing etc and making good disturbed surfaces, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, on brick walls complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls and ceiling, chajjas etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.
