81231/E8 SPECIAL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF BER PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANT OF CAPACITY (3 X 5TR 02 NOs) AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES WITH 3 X 16.5 TR CAPACITY PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANT AT AED COMPLEX, INS UTKROSH UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

S&F central air conditioning with AHU and Condensing units :- (A) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of central air conditioning with AHU and condensing unit, air cooled type air-conditioning system of capacity 3 x 16.5 TR (2 x 16.5 TR working and 1 x 16.5 TR standby) for AED complex, INS Utkrosh to maintain inside conditions for year round at inside design condition DBT 23±3°C and RH (60±5) % with 2 air changes per hour as per floor plan suitable for climatic conditions of Andaman Nicobar Island. The units shall be air cooled, factory fabricated and factory assembled and shall be capable maintain the given temperature & RH complete as per specification given here under :-

(i) OUTDOOR UNIT :- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor units comprising of 16.5 TR ( 2 circuit 11 TR & 5.5 TR), side discharge outdoor unit including vaccumising, gas charging of modular type units having actual capacity suitable outside temp and providing non stop cooling. Outdoor units shall comprise of highly efficient scroll compressors, with heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan control complete as per OEM specifications. Note : (i) After installation Leakage test for copper pipe will be done before gas charging. (ii). Pressure testing & charging of environmental friendly refrigerant gas as per OEM design of complete AC system will be performed as required at site. (iii). ODU with necessary stand and foundation shall be installed at suitable location as directed by dept.

(B) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built, floor mounted double skin DX type, Air handling unit (AHU) of minimum cap 34 TR of minimum cap 13600 CFM, SP 65mm wg or as per OEM design - 01 No complete with specifications and capacities as under :- (a) Panel construction and casing as per OEM design. (b) Panel: (i) Panel shall be double construction, CFC free PUF insulation panel 25mm thick having density 40±2 Kg/M3. factory injected by injection moulding machine. (ii) Outer skin : 0.6 mm thick pre-coated GI sheet. (iii) Inner skin : 0.6 mm thick plain GI sheet. (c) AHU shall have Water Tight Positive Pressure access/ service door duly interlocked with fan. AHU shall have Thermally insulated totally sealed glass inspection window. Door shall be hinged type, hinged shall be casted powder coated zinc alloy. Flush Lock and Handle shall be of glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Inspection lamp with limit switch . (d) Base Frame : Base frame made of G.S.S. (e) Filter Section : Filter section with 50 mm thick box type pre- filter (MERV-8). Pre filters shall have efficiency 90% down to 10 micron. Make : as per manufacturer design.

(C) Design, supply and installation of AHU Expansion kit having (Expansion valve, dryer, shut off valves & site glass) (sets 03) for Outdoor unit 16.5 TR cap complete as specified as per OEM recommendation for automatic control of temp & RH with suitable mounting arrangement & necessary safety protection as per OEM recommendation.

(D) Design, supply, installation, testing/ commissioning of cubical compartment type wall mounted electrical control panel for Indoor/outdoor units, AHU complete with necessary switchgear, starter and protection for AHU complete all as specified and directed as per recommendations of OEM. CPRI type tested manufacturer - 01 No.

(E) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of interconnecting refrigerant copper pipe of minimum size 28.6mm dia (OD) or any nearest higher size as per OEM diesign with required fitting like elbow ,couplers ,tee , joints, brass fitting,"U" loops etc work with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation 19mm thick between AHU & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping shall be properly supported with MS hanger as per specifications and as standard Engrs practice. (Any length as per site requirement).

(F) Design, supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of interconnecting refrigerant copper pipe of minimum size 12.7mm dia (OD) or any nearest higher size as per OEM diesign with required fitting like elbow ,couplers ,tee , joints, brass fitting,"U" loops etc work with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation 19mm thick between AHU & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping shall be properly supported with MS hanger as per specifications and as standard Engrs practice. (Any length as per site requirement).

(G) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40mm dia UPVC pipe, pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 (IS: 4985) complete with fittings, supports complete as per specifications and as directed. (approx 5 RM or any length as per site requirement).

(H) Design, supply, installation, testing, balancing and commissioning of supply air ducting and return air ducting system made of factory GSS sheet of thickness 22 Gauge confirming to IS: 277 with Zinc coating of not less than 120 grade, site fabricated as per SMACNA-1995 standard and as per IS:655, complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications complete and quantity as required at site.

(J) Design, supply, installation, testing, balancing and commissioning of supply air ducting and return air ducting system made of factory GSS sheet of thickness 24 Gauge confirming to IS: 277 with zinc coating of not less than 120 grade, site fabricated as per SMACNA-1995 standard and as per IS:655 , complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications complete and quantity as required at site.

(K) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of closed cell Nitrile rubber insulation 13mm thick of density min 40 - 60 kg/m3 with proper adhesive complete as per specifications and quantity as required at site.

M&L for internal acoustic lining of 10 mm thick over supply air ducting using open cell nitrile rubber insulation with density within 30-40 Kg/m3, quantity as required at site.

S&F alumimium grill for supply air complete with coller damper, quantity as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F alumimium grill for return air without coller damper complete quantity as required at site all as specified and directed.

S&F opposed blade GI construction volume control dampers adjustable type with quantity as required at site, as per approved and specifications.

S&F fire dampers in both Supply & return duct with actuator as per approved drawings and specifications.

S&F control wiring of PVC insulated 7 core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor (confirming to IS) in PVC concealed/surface conduits medium grade inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers and accessories between indoor and outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including laying of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor unarmoured cable as required of 1.1 KV grade for power wiring of 4 core, 10Sqmm through pipe/ in duct/ on surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including laying of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor unarmoured cable as required of 1.1 KV grade for power wiring of 3 core, 6Sqmm through pipe/ in duct/ on surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS ODU stands complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling/ charging envinronmental friendly Refrigarant gas with proper T&P as per standard engineering practice complete all as specified and directed.

Dehumidification system: Design, Supply, installation and commissioning of electrical with sufficient strip heaters with control cable for ensuring dehumidification system with duct type heaters or pan type dehumidifiers.

S&F three way mixing valve of suitable size with actuator and modulating control for AHU including control wiring of suitable size as per OEM.

S&F auto air vent of size 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressure gauge of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stem type thermometer (Brass) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel for duct supports, panel, AHU etc complete as per OEM design.

Note for Item No 2.0 to 2.28:-

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe, medium grade for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point.

S&F in repair including laying and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core x 150 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, DWC pipe for cable protection, GI pipe protection for road crossings, sand, cable cover will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n'exc 1.5m in width and n'exc 1.5m in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 63mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fitting fixture for fixing with wall and road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting road/ tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC (1:3:6), type C2 matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair including laying of DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable jointing kit for 1100Volt grade cable for indoor/ outdoor end termination joint kit, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for LT XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for cable jointing kit for 1100Volt grade cable for straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for LT, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 pole plug in box with 4 Pole, 200 Amps MCCB, 35 KA, thermal magnetic release type, Ics=100% Icu including suitable rated busbar with insulators, door interlocks for plug in box, pad lock provision etc complete with sheet metal enclosure made out of CRCA 3.15 mm thick, double door type, slopy canopy suitable for outdoor installation with IP-54, neoprene gasket, angle iron stands of suitable size, including PCC grouting on floor etc complete all directed.
