CERTAIN REPAIR TO DRAIN, PATHWAY, INTERLOCKING TILES, KERB STONE AND MISC WORKS AT SHESHARTHANG IN THE AREA OF AGE BR-I UNDER GE 860 EWS

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as floor finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and, setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required with necessary Excavation/Earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ہM&L for preparing new surfaces including priming plastered and other surfaces with priming paint and ap

M&L for dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and frame work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L hardcore of guage n. exc. 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick , watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface

M&L Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described, prepareton of new or previously Untreated surface, priming paints plaster coat, and two coat synthetic enamel over concrete/plaster surface (ordinary tint each coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion tera cota on plaster, concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering or wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers as in roofs, walls etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including preparing new zinc(or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution incl washing and cleaning, etc. over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on surface of any description over 10cm width or girthcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
