Required3. a Certificate of registered Manufacturer / Authorized Service Agency of Vertiv Make UPS. or b Certificate of registered contractor of CPWD in appropriate class of Composite Category c Copy of an undertaking given by Composite Category contractor of CPWD at the time of execution of AMC work of UPS from authorized service agency of Vertiv Make UPS only. d Copy of willingness certificate authorized service agency.

Required4. Certificate of Registration of GST. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable then the bidder shall upload following undertaking with the bid document If work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I /We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on a/c of work execu
