REPAIR TO ROAD PATH AND HARD STANDING AT AF STN MOUNT ABU AND GURUSHIKHAR

M & L brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L PCC 1 : 3 : 6 Type C-2 ( by using 40 mm graded crushed broken aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as speicicfed and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy type, any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over 40 mm compacted thickness sand cushioning including watering and consolidation including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of sixe 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set, joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and with grey cement and pigment laid over screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on floors for laying floor finishcomplete all as specified and directed including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in floors/Pavings/sub base etc. including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in floors/Pavings etc and finish the surface without using extra cement and joint filled with bitumen and sand in 1:3 including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type-B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggt) in kerbs and edging to roads & footpath etc including necessary earth work ( excavation for required depth) with fair faces incl chamfers, weathering, throating etc and seting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match the colour of interlocking tiles including demolition complete all as specified and directed.
