M&L for Glazed coloued Ceramic tiles of size 450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in skirting/dado over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 finished all as specified and directed .

M&L for Granite(of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for repairing 40mm thick flooring in patches with PCC 1:2:4, 20mm graded stone aggregate and finish even & smooth without using extra cement. .

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in plinth protection and paving,finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.
