Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:2, mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :-WPC will be paid separately at supply only rates.

Material and labour applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate any thickness as in filling in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber framed work scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class soft wood timber framed and fixed clean sawn in scantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces including all necessary preparation over 10 cms width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/flooring of any description laid bedded and pointed any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour steel gray or Black Granite slab machine cut for 14-17 mm thick bedded and jointed with colour cement to match cut to shape required all colour of granite as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour marble slab baroda green 16-18 mm thick (pre grinded and polished ) bedded jointed and painted with grey cement slurry including cutting and grinding /polished including 15mm in CM1:6 bedding layer. The edges should be rounded and stone should be in one piece complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit"Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C'.). (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C'. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent as given in Appx 'C' on all angle fillets by brush

Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor are as under:- (a) Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages/seepages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface (b) Material and labour for making holes with drill machine of dia 18 mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of toilet/bathroom and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc and Material and labour for fixing the metallic packer for hydrofobic PU foam sealer as per manfracture specification . Note :- (a) The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvant free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D. Removing of old water proofing treatment and cleaning the surface of slab and clearing with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign material, rubbish off the site to a distance n.exc. 100m complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on RCC roof slabs mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% mixed with by weight of cement finishing even and smooth to receive water proofing treatment complete without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajjas and parapet walls by removing all the lose material from the top of the chajja be means of light hammering and chiselling remove loose concrete cover only and Clean all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that All surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination followed by application two coat of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilites Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet apply a 10mm dash coat of CM plaster with the waterproofing compound Make : Dr.fixit or equivalent as approved by GE, completing the repair work by final finishing and providing proper slope of 15 mm thick rendering to prepared surface in cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and directed to be finished even and smooth using extra cement including mixing of waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 1.00 mm plain Galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley Gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275. fixed with self tapping /coach screws complete all as specified and directed.
